I am not going to lie, I was skeptical about this product. I am on a high protein low carb meal plan and I wanted a good option for pasta. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised! The pasta was still firm even after the required 15 minute cooking time. They are like eating a perfectly cooked aldente rotini noodle!! I cannot tell by the taste that it’s a high protein, low carb product at all. I have been telling everyone about this pasta. I will definitely be buying more!!

Fantastic Alternative to carb heavy pasta. Pricey but well worth it. I only gave it a shot because I love love his keto recipes so I took the gamble. I just tried it for the first time in Mac n Cheese and it was amazing. Great texture that held up. Definitely takes the full cook time so have some patience. It tastes just like regular pasta which I haven’t had in years. It’s a small bag so be aware of that, but it made a full tray of Mac n cheese that I will be eating for days. I can’t wait to try the flavored ones! Maybe in pasta salad? Yum!

This pasta has good flavor! The texture is a little different from regular pasta but that's to be expected with alternatives like this. I love that it's low carb, high in protein, and high in fiber! Definitely filling. In my opinion, the only downside is the price - it's very pricey compared to other options.

I haven’t had noodles while following keto for months so I tried this one because I really wanted pasta and OMG!!! Yes it’s very much al dente but i was so happy to be able to eat pasta that tasted like pasta!!! Pricey but worth it. It’s also very filling so that one bag will be my dinner for three days! Love it !!!

Your pasta was delivered yesterday and today, I made a Keto version of TGIFridays Cajun Chicken and Shrimp with your original rotini pasta. OH. MY. GOODNESS. This is, literally, the BEST low carb, high protein pasta I have eaten in a LONG time. It tastes NOTHING like all of the other pasta substitutes I have tried in the past. It has the SAME chew as regular Routine pasta and was absolutely DELICIOUS! I will admit I did not boil the pasta. I simply brought the water to a rolling boil out of the pasta turned off the heat and left it covered for 15 minutes. I checked the pasta after that and it still needed additional time so I brought the water back to a boil. Turned it off and covered it up while I made my sauce. By the time I was finished the pasta was the perfect texture . THANK YOU, working so hard to develop a pasta that finally and actually tastes like pasta!

This pasta tastes amazing and completely guilt free! It is thicker than regular pasta and chewier, but that works for my husband and I. It does suck that it is so expensive but I ordered 2 boxes on prime deal days and saved almost $10 per box. Will be ordering more.

Pasta was overall good. Had to cook it quite a bit over the recommended time as we live in CO and things take longer to boil/ cook. When done, pretty decent tasting. Although, the packages were smaller than I expected for how pricey it is. I would buy again in the future if the cost was consider less

Truly tastes like regular pasta! I absolutely LOVED it as Mac and cheese.....I definitely cooked it for much longer than it says to get it tender but totally worth it. Only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is because it's really expensive at almost $12/box.
