The media could not be loaded. The grate is made of heavy cast iron and feels very solid. The metal is thick, and the construction is sturdy and stable. All parts are well-finished, with a smooth and even coating — no chips or rough edges. The size matches the description and fits standard dimensions. A great choice for anyone looking for a long-lasting and well-crafted accessory. Very satisfied with the purchase!

It’s exactly the length we needed to replace the grate we had. This is about 1 1/2 inches off the ground, needs to be 1 inch taller. The grate is very low and touches a metal heating element on our gas fireplace, basically sits right on top of it. It’s doable. It’s good quality though

In winter, we burn wood in the fireplace daily. The fire burns intensely. This grate withstands high temperatures and is designed to extend burning time, producing more heat. It also allows for neat wood stacking. After burning, only fine gray ash remains, showing efficient combustion.
