I bought it to use on my nose and surrounding area where my pores are larger. It works great for removing oil buildup in the pores, as well as bringing shallower black heads to the service. Using this product regularly along with other cleansing routines (I personally like the peel off charcoal masks) absolutely helps reduce clogged pores and visible blackheads.Advice and things to be aware of:1. Take time getting to know how strong the suction is and how your skin reacts to it. The suction on highest setting with the larger attachments can definitely leave red marks (hickeys) on your face.2. Move the device in one direction when using. I start from the top of the nose down, and on the areas near my nose I move in a diagonal direction away from the nose. It doesn't have to be moved super quickly, just enough to keep from having the suction in one place for too long. Pulling up just a little makes it easy to move across the skin.3. There will be some flushing, at least there is for me, that lasts for a short time after using this product.I haven't really used the device for anything other than removing dirt and oil from pores. In the case of white heads I imagine it ideal to puncture the skin with one of the included tools, then apply suction to remove the contents of the white head.The product also comes with a good deal of extra filters, rubber o rings, and other tools for managing acne. It charges via the included USB cable (USB-A). It should be noted that a charging adapter is not included, only the cable.Overall I'm quite pleased with the results that I'm getting using this product, and encourage others to put aside their skepticism if considering a purchase. It works and is a good value for the money.

This facial pore remover is powerful, lightweight and came with tons of extra cleaning supplies. Another Bolo gem find at a great price. I got it because I was tired of using pore strips that you have to peel off your face.---Th remover is a nice touchup device to add after you exfoliate your skin - it picks up extra white-dead skin cells stuck in the pores. Also charges super-fast because it is USB-C and it is light enough to travel with (I take it to my gym spa at Equinox and use it after I steam).---It is very powerful so you do not need to do it often (it’s not worth doing constantly), just once and awhile when you exfoliate or want to clean up your pores little more.---You pretty much choose the setting (1-6) and press it against your skin till it grabs and sucks. You will be left a little red for a couple of minutes but nothing big, you get used to it after a while. Also came with cleaning tools to get dipper into the pores if you want something more intense.---For what you are paying it’s worth it because you can always have it handy (it is literally nothing compared to a professional session that will cost you so much more and is only one time). When you combine this with a Retinol and AHA + BHA serum you will see a difference. Your blackheads get cleaned up way more!

I was skeptical about it when I ordered it, but it was really inexpensive so I just went ahead. My 14-year-old son is experiencing teenage acne and has a lot of of white heads to my surprise. It actually extracted them very well. I use the steamer first to loosen his skin Mind you he’s medium skin tone so be mindful it does leave. Suck marks if you don’t know how to use it properly please do your research as it can leave bruising on the face thank goodness I have my cosmetology license and know how to use it accurately remember hold the skin taunt before gliding and use preferably on the lowest setting until your skin gets adjusted But other than that it was very effective. The quality was good. It cleansed his white heads out of his skin and I would use it for continuous skin care routine, but I will only use it once a month for him.
