Works great
This controller is a little tricky for me to setup and get working. I have to make sure that Bluetooth recognizes it as Xbox controller. Just keep removing the generic ones if they come up until it connects as Xbox. It has a combination of inputs that put it in pairing mode (I think mine was power on, hold - power button, X,Y it should flash faster.Once itâs setup, it works perfectly! Connects automatically when u take it off the charging hub. Itâs a good controller. I have my pc lined out to my 4K TV. And itâs like we have a new console.
Work for switch 2
It's good, doesn't feel cheap. Works on my pc and my switch 2.
Awesome Controller, Exceeds Expectations
This controller is awesome! I am a PC gamer who normally plays using mouse and keyboard. There are certain games I like to play only with controller, and my old switch pro controller wasnât cutting it. I had to constantly reconnect the Bluetooth to my pc and was basically forced to play wired. With this new controller, the dock has a slot for the receiver, so it is always charging and always connected to the PC. All you need to do is pick it up and press the middle button to wake. The biggest compliment is the grippy texture on the back and the comfort of the joysticks and triggers. The controller has a very premium feel and is not clunky. The lighting is awesome. I like how there are 2 buttons you can program on the back of the controller. This can be used on a variety of consoles as well if I ever want. This product exceeded my expectations for the price.
Decent controller with Bluetooth connectivity issues
I used this wireless controller with my Windows 11 PC via Steam. Overall, it has a good feel in the hands and performs well when it connects properly. The included night stand/charging dock is a nice touch.However, I ran into consistent issues connecting via Bluetooth. Sometimes it wouldnât pair at all, or would randomly disconnect mid-game, which was frustrating. On top of that, the battery life was pretty low compared to other controllers Iâve used.Ultimately, I decided to return it because the connection issues made it unreliable for gaming. Itâs a good controller in theory, but the glitchy Bluetooth and weak battery were deal-breakers for me.
Works great so far - USB C port too recessed
So far the controller is working great. I sit about 12 feet from my tv / pc and have yet to encounter connection disruption or noticeable latency. I like the overall feel of the controller, buttons are responsive, sticks have good amount of tension and dead zone. The one thing I donât like is how recessed the USB C port is. It prevents me from using almost any of my other existing USB C cables to recharge the controller (which can be annoying if you travel and forget to bring the right cable with you).Now Iâm just hoping this controller lasts more than a year. This is my 2nd EasySMX controller. First was an x10 which I loved for the first few months. At around 5 months it started having wireless connection problems. Then around 10 months the A buttonâs mechanical switch started to wear (no longer clicking) and eventually stopped registering A button presses all together.In general, these are great budget controllers which I cautiously recommend. Take a look at reviews of other EasySMX controllers (this controller was flooded with vine reviewers who received product for free) and just be aware that you may be rolling the dice a bit with regard to their long term durability.
Great controller and Customer Service
Controller has been great and very responsive. I ran into an issue with the controller about 10 months after purchase with it shortly disconnecting and turning off during powering on. Customer service was very responsive and is issuing me a new device under their 1 year warranty.
Nice but not worth the trouble
Works great at first but let it slip off your lap one time and buttons stop working and if you are trying to use it on multiple devices it will forget that it is not connected and connect to a ghost device preventing you from reconnecting to another divice.
Corded after three months
Edit: Customer service came through with support.This controller was amazing for three months. It felt good. Charged great at the dock. Felt good in your hands. Then after like 3-4 months is slowly had to be reset after a few uses, eventually it wouldn't hold a charge or something because it had to be perpetually plugged in. And for the price we paid for it to be wireless, I would not purchase again for a wired controller
Fantastic controller
Great contoller, replaced old wired one. very nice to have wireless and love the dock. connectes seamlessly, very responsive, enjoy having extra buttons on back and led looks great. Only problem is now my wife also wants one!
great quality product
had this for a while now and i love it. the grip and handling of this is smooth. the buttons on the back are a huge plus. great for pc with open world games like elden ring, gta titles, god of war and more

Lost connection just after a month of use
Controller would not connect via Bluetooth or with the usb after just over a month. I reached out to the company to try and troubleshoot the equipment, someone promptly responded the first time then I did not hear back from them. I was close to my end date for eligibility of return, so I returned the product and paid the extra money for an Xbox controller
