I decided on this product because of its extremely high CFU count (50 billion per serving), and it has honestly exceeded my expectations.I've noticed a significant improvement in my digestion and less bloating after meals. I've also noticed a boost in my immune system, as I haven't had any colds or stomach upsets since I started taking them. Plus, the package comes with 90 capsules, which is ideal for a long-term course of treatment.

After a lot of research (and being super picky about supplements), I finally found the perfect L. reuteri Capsules.I used these l reuteri powder capsules to make my own "probiotic magic" yogurt as dr davis recommended, and guess what? I did make a creamy and delicious home made yogurt with these l reuteri capsules. It was a success. better that store yogurts. The oxytocin boost is REAL and I feel fantastic after using this lactobacillus reuteri capsulesWithout inulin powder or another prebiotic, L. reuteri may not multiply effectively. so make sure you do that right. definitely use a yogurt maker and fermenting for 36 hours minimum will be a good idea. Even if the first batch may be slightly thin or tangy, don't even worry about it but subsequent batches often improve in texture and taste.Overall very satisfied with this lactobacillus reuteri supplement. Good quality stuff.

I actually prefer taking the l reuteri capsules by self.. lets be real who has the time to make the yogurt. it's way more convenient.. But i wanted to try to make the l reuteri yogurt one time with these l reteri capsules and give it a try.I decided to make a small batch of L. reuteri yogurt as a test run before diving into a full batch—let’s just say, I’m beyond impressed! I used 2 capsules of this probiotic lactobacillus reuteri capsules and 1/4 gallon of lactose-free whole milk.OK so here is what i did.. The process was simple: Heated the milk in my Instant Pot (yogurt boil setting), then cooled it in cold water to about 85°F. Whisked in the probiotic, set it to yogurt mode for 18 hours, and wiped the lid a few times to keep things from getting too watery. Strained it for an hour, popped it in the fridge, and boom—thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious lactobacillus reuteri yogurt!Even my chickens went nuts for it! This is officially favourite l reuteri yogurt starter. Pretty happy i found this Bliva reuteri capsules.

I’ve tried a few different Lactobacillus reuteri probiotic supplements, and hands down this one is by far the best!Each serving is just 2 Lactobacillus Reuteri capsules with DSM 20016 strain which provides you 50 billion CFU, which is plenty for the day.by the way, I actually made my own l reuteri probiotics yogurt with these l reuteri capsules , and it turned out amazing! But Hey let’s be real—I don’t always have the time for that. Now, I just take two lactobacillus reuteri capsules with a glass of water, and it’s so much easier for my everyday life style. You can really tell this is top-quality L. reuteri probiotics capsules, and it actually works. I’m super happy with it. I will buy another bottle of this l reuteri soon.
