Purchased for my wife who has extremely dry eyes.She said they do relieve the dryness and provide some comfort for a short period. Unfortunately not all day or even several hours but enough when they get really dry.She does not care for the viscosity these, or any such eye drops use to control extreme dryness, but that's the nature of the beast.

These eye drops are optometrist prescribed for me. They relieve my dry eye condition. My only complaint is the packaging by the manufacturer. The containers are too small, they are difficult to dispense into my eyes. If I see the same brand in a larger container with a better system of dispersement I will snap them up.
