It navigates well around furniture and returns to the charging base automatically when done. First time trying out a robot vacuum since I was having a lot of small debris and dust building up as of late. The best way to put this into perspective is that it did everything in an average manner. That isn't to say it's a bad thing, rather that the expectations were met for myself and what it could do.I was a little bit skeptical on the mopping feature but it did as it was intended. It's not going to clean up as you would with a regular mop but for little small stains it will probably wipe it up, dryer stains might have a tougher time removing though. Battery life is pretty decent and returns to the charger with no issues.If you go in thinking this is could to make your house clean, think again and look into a proper wet/dry vacuum. If you want something that'll pick up crumbs and small debris/dust while also wiping the floors down, then this is one to consider. App is also pretty good in terms of rating which is always nice since some products have a really bad app to use for their product. For the price, I'm happy with it and will have a place in my home.

bought this Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo two days ago, and so far I’m very happy with it. The suction is very strong (5000Pa), and it easily picks up dust and pet hair. The mopping feature works well on my hardwood floors, leaving them clean without streaks. It’s easy to set up, and I love that I can control it from my phone. It’s quiet, smart, and returns to its charging base automatically. I’m looking forward to seeing how it performs in the long run!

This robot vacuum has made my life so much easier! The suction is great and the mopping works well on my wood floors. I love being able to control it with the app. It handles pet hair without tangling and goes back to charge by itself. Totally worth it!

Terrible little vacuum shoes up the edges of my very thin carpet squeaks like crazy maybe I got a bad unit no replacement pads to be found that will work the one pad you get with the unit is paper thin how to return it

Had high hopes for this product, but after 20 runs I wish I didn’t waste my money on it. Sure it vacuums and “mops”, but it also lacks the capability to go in an any consistent pattern. This product just goes in random directions, smears water around, and misses large areas. I mainly got this to help keep up with the dog hair and half the time it leaves balls of hair laying around

UPDATE: I’ve had to deal with the seller to fix some issues with my robot. They were absolutely accommodating and communicative. They helped me solve the problem of getting the robot to connect to the app making sure that I had the right app downloaded as well. After downloading the correct app, I see that the service is free and I am able to use it in conjunction with the robot. They also gave me information on replacement parts being available in the future. Not to mention, they really came through. I would absolutely purchase this robot again, as well as purchase from the seller again.ORIGINAL: This is the first time I’ve purchased a robot vacuum, having just installed LVP flooring throughout my home, and coming from carpet, I wanted a more hands off approach to sweeping my floors.As for the vacuum itself, it picks up and it really does a good job at cleaning. Out of all of the models I looked at, this one had the strongest suction at this price point. That was a definite, plus. I didn’t really get it for the mopping function, so I haven’t used that yet. I was aware before I purchased that this bot does not pick up water, which is unfortunate, because I have a dog who loves to drip. However, since you can’t use any kind of cleaner for mopping, I doubt I’ll be mopping my floors with just plain water.The one thing that I am not happy with; in order to use the smart app, you have to pay. Nowhere in the description did it say that there would be an additional fee to use a smart app. Had I known that part before purchasing, I probably would’ve purchased another model. However, this does come with a remote which is helpful. I have two steps from the main part of my house that lead down into the kitchen and family room, so it is impossible for me to leave it on and expect that the whole house will be swept because of the two steps. But I can take it into individual rooms close the door and let it clean and then send it back to its base.As a first time user, overall, I am satisfied. I do wish I had the use of the app without needing to spend extra money per month, but I will keep this and make it work.UPDATE: i’ve had to contact the seller about some issues, and they have been responsive. I also learned that the app is free to use, but now I’m having a hard time trying to add the device on my iPhone and my iPad. Both are connected to my network and I can’t seem to get the robot connected to the app..
