My face feels rejuvenated when I use it. I especially like the Red setting as it massages with heat. I am 75 years old and I am told I am a very young looking 75. As a widow, I have single men reaching out to me who are 10 years younger and want me to consider dating them. I use the unit at night before I go to bed. So once a day. I recommend purchasing this item if you can be diligent and use it daily for the best results. I am not good at creating selfies but I did my best to include a selfie to show the condition of my face.

This worked okay. The vibration was not dependable on the red color and it was also always heated. The blue color worked well, but the other colors not so well and they did not have a heat option.

It only takes about 37 minutes a week since I use it 5–10 minutes twice daily. The heat and vibration are relaxing, and the different light modes let me customize my routine.
