It has a beautiful design. It looks great, feels great and has a great variety of watch faces. But none of those would mean anything if the watch functions didn't work well. It works great! The accuracy for gps tracking of my walking workouts is accurate. The heart rate tracking is accurate and the feeds for things like the weather are easily accessible. I previously had a FitBit Versa 2 for 2-3 years and always had issues with it connecting and synching to the app on the phone. Also, when I wore it to bed, I would wake up and see that I obviously was sleep walking because I might have 300-500 steps recorded before I even got out of the bed. No such issues with my AmazFit 2. Most days I walk my dog on the same route and the distance records within a tenth to 2 tenths and the steps are within what I would call a reasonable tolerance. (obviously my stride and pace vary from walk to walk). Other measurements like elevation profile also seem to be bang on (although I have no way of checking the accuracy, but the measurements from day to day are almost identical for the same route). I love this watch!

This thing blows away the Fitbit Versa 2, and the Garmin. Very quick and easy to set up. Quite accurate with your steps, which is important to me. Heart rate is on point, and there are tons of extra features. You can set it up for almost any type of exercise that you do. From walking on the treadmill, to walking outside. Running, strength training, lap swimming, elliptical, rowing machine, you name it. The weather is accurate on this as well. It's just a beautiful watch. For the rest of us, we don't need that Apple watch with the high price tag. This watch is superior, and the price is right. Another bonus, the charge lasts for days. I need to charge mine tonight, after not charging it for 9 days. This brand will forever be my go to. I research EVERYTHING thoroughly, and after having bought a Garmin to give it a go, that thing was a hunk of junk. I came across this one, read the reviews, and felt confident with my purchase. You will not be sorry you bought this. I can't tell you how many people I've told about this watch.

I’ve bought at least five other smartwatches over the years to monitor my health and fitness—but none have come close to what the Amazfit Active 2 delivers. The features, accuracy, display quality, and battery life are outstanding.Honestly, I wish I had found this 7 years ago. It would’ve saved me time, money, and frustration. I wholeheartedly recommend this watch to anyone aged 18 and above—whether you're just starting your fitness journey or are already active.I have no words to fully express how happy I am to have finally found the watch that works the way I always hoped one would. Simply amazing!

I love this watch. My fitbit charge 2 died on me. This is of equal quality and features. I can't find a clock face I like. I'm older and the clock faces they provide are too busy and the letters and numbers are too small. I was probably spoiled by my fitbit.

I decided to give this new Active 2 a try after growing frustrated by recent changes to the Garmin app. I've been through quite a few smart watches over the years - most recently the Garmin Venu 3 and Pixel Watch - but feel many of them offer an incomplete package and make too many compromises.That's why I've been so surprised by the Active 2 after a week of testing it. It packs so many features into its $100 price that I don't think I'll return to Garmin.Pros:- Build quality: this device seems super solid. The screen is crisp and bright. The casing is solid with a nice weight to it.- Battery life: I have every tracking sensor enabled currently and I'm getting about a week of battery life - WITH always on screen enabled. And this is with several tracked GPS walks per day.- Software: The Zepp app is significantly improved since I last tried it a couple years ago. The UI is intuitive and displays everything I'm interested in on the home page. Settings are also easy to find, unlike with Garmin. It's also easy to import FIT files to transfer your last history from Garmin.- Maps: tracked activities show maps by default, and you can also download routes to import. It's much easier to use this vs other brands I've tried in the past.- Health Connect: You can now link your device to Google's Health Connect. Garmin also doesn't support this for some reason, but this allows you to consolidate all health data into one place (ie. If you migrated from Fitbit or use multiple devices).- Fitness tracking: side by side with my Venu 3, the Active 2 was consistently within range on runs, hikes, etc. Neither device has multiband GPS though.- Sleep tracking: I wore this device along with my Venu 3 at night for the past week and the Active 2 generally seemed more accurate. It picked up the exact times that I awoke to feed my baby- whereas the Venue 3 was off by a bit. This has always been a struggle for Garmin.- Voice Assistant: I wasn't too sure I'd use this but I've been pleasantly surprised by how useful it is. You can use the assistant to ask about current weather conditions, respond to incoming texts, etc.- USB C charging: it comes with a USB C charging puck which is super convenient for travel. It doesn't charge quite as fast as other watches I've used, but it's fast enough.Cons:- Maps: I live in LA and it won't let me save a map for my area for some reason, even when zooming into the smallest frame. I guess there's too many roads/routes/etc to store?- Size: the casing is similar to the size of the original Pixel Watch. I wish it was just a little larger.- Watch faces: I'm not a fan of the stock watch faces, and many of the ones in the store are paid. This is a problem for me with Garmin too, so not a huge deal.- No NFCIt feels impossible to ignore this device when looking for a new smartwatch. The fact that I was comparing it to a $300+ Garmin device is super impressive, and I'd easily recommend it over many other options - especially given the price.
