I really enjoyed trying the VOLO VERO Konjac Noodles Variety Pack. The different shapes (fettuccine, spaghetti, angel hair, and rice) are great for mixing things up, especially on a keto or low-calorie diet. They’re super quick to prepare perfect for busy days and they absorb flavors well when cooked with sauces or stir-fries.The texture takes a little getting used to, especially if you're expecting traditional pasta, but it's a small trade-off for the health benefits. Also love that it's sugar-free, gluten-free, and vegan!Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rice shape was a bit too soft for my liking. Otherwise, a great pantry staple for healthy eating!

Actually surprised with good quality. There was no small. I rinsed it twice. I can see why people don't like the texture. This noodles are great if you can cook simple Asian cuisine dish. It's not a substitute for pasta, in my opinion. Yeah, the texture is kinda funky. If you used to rice noodles you will like it. I actually find it very nice and enjoyable. Price is other downside. I might buy it again but as a standby in case I need quick evening dish. Eating it every day doesn't make much savings. Rather eat more lean beef and chicken and greens. That would be more affordable.

This product is in a state of decomposition.Update: The company contacted me as soon as they saw my comment. I was amazed at how quickly they responded and how attentively they followed up. They sent me a new order free of charge, and this time it arrived perfectly. I've tried several brands, and it have a somewhat plasticky texture, but these are delicious and cook wonderfully. I'm glad I gave them a second chance.

These are very good noodles. I use 2 of the bags for 1 servings. They taste good, good texture and easy to prepare.
