The TV stand/Fireplace was delivered very fast. It arrived well packaged and was not damaged. All parts were included, they were easily identified. Assembly took a little bit longer than I anticipated, probably about 4-5 hours in total. The directions were easy enough to follow however they are made up of drawings and not a lot of written instructions but once again, they were pretty clear and easy enough to follow. The construction is very well made and everything fit together perfectly. The end result is a really nice looking TV stand and the fireplace not only looks great, but works very well. We are super delighted with out purchase and would highly recommend this LINGMU fireplace TV stand. Its a great product at a great price.

This is the second tv stand/fireplace that we put together from this vendor. The instructions are mostly pictures and diagrams but it is spot on accurate. Each piece is clearly labeled and all parts in bags were correct. This unit is large so it took about 6 hours from start to finish - 2 people. Both units we assembled turned out beautifully - we kept one and gave the other to our mom as she liked ours so much! You won't go wrong with this unit. Its very well made and goes together very nicely. It's a very sturdy piece of furniture. The flames a very realistic looking and the heater is a nice touch to warm you up on a cold day. The lights and flames are changeable from yellow to red to blue. A great buy at a great price!

Once put together the product is very nice. There are a bunch and I mean a bunch of pieces. The only issue I had was getting the drawers in. The type of track that is used is the worst. They have the plastic pieces that you have to push up and down and trying to do that and line them up is just a pain. I got them on but neither function smoothly.The fire place part is absolutely gorgeous. Overall I’m pleased now that it’s assembled which took approximately 5-6 hours.It’s very good quality. I would recommend.

Love my fireplace tv stand!Although it was designed as a tv stand, we chose to place our tv on the wall.I have a lot of Christmas decor I want to place on the mantle. It has a lot of room.Assembly was fairly easy. The drawers work well. It has an area for other electronic devices.It is beautiful and has different color options for the fire and glass cabinets. The fire looks realistic.What impressed me the most was the seller’s customer service.The first fireplace part arrived dented. Due to FedEx delivery.I reached out to the seller with pictures and they did not hesitate to send me a new fireplace part within a week.The seller kept constant communication with me sending me updates and provided with a tracking number.The seller went above and beyond trying to make things right.I would definitely buy from this seller again.Great job!

Product is very nice, but I’m missing one piece number 17 and it’s not a big piece. The box came damaged. They had to duct tape it so I don’t know where my piece is number 17. The product looks very nice works well you need a little common sense to put it together because the instructions are not thorough. They’re good though all in all, I love it just need my missing piece to make it complete.

It’s a beautiful television stand however it had a ton of pieces. The directions were hard to read and the customer service was great, but I was missing a lot of pieces and it’s gonna take me 20 days to receive them.

The media could not be loaded. This tv stand/fireplace is exactly what we were looking for! Many different colors and speeds for the flame that your look can be tinted to just what you want. To top ot off it’s actually a heater too.Reached out to customer service too with a question and they responded so quickly it was great. It comes in two boxes that could be delivered at different times and I missed that in the description.Definitely a must buy. Great quality.

Do not purchase. It arrived missing key parts. We were able to purchase some of the parts at the hardware store, but the remote and light pack were missing and now we can’t use it. It was a complete waste of time and money. Expensive, difficult and time consuming to put together and ultimately a huge waste. Do not purchase.
