I had an awesome picture of this poster that I took in our personal gym and for some reason I just cannot find it, but I absolutely love this poster. For the small price of $10 you cannot go wrong with a poster like this that shows somebody so many exercises. My wife and I work out in our home personal gym, but if I’m never in a meeting or anything else like that She normally can only stick the cardio because she is not familiar with different exercises in the gym. With this it shows her normally one type of exercises to do but what part of the body it is working. The other thing I like is the quality of the poster. We live in a climate where it is humid one day and chilly the next day and this is not a really send cheap post material so it works fairly well. I do agree with a few of the other reviews that it could be just a little clearer, but when you’re in the gym and the lights are bright it really does not show too much blur

Simple work out poster, the print size is good but the resolution could be a lot better it looks a bit pixelated.

I love having this hanging in my workout space. I use a lot of unique movement with my dumbbells. It's nice to have visuals that I can refer to when attempting weightlifting with proper technique. It's crucial to keep good technique to prevent and keep injuries to a minimum. So, I use these exercises shown in the printout as my go to warmup sets before moving onto more unique dumbbell exercises that are often training a certain detail muscle.

This is a great poster with strength exercises for my daily routines. The poster is the perfect size and it's easy to reference while I'm working out. The print and visual quality of the poster is not as sharp and clear as I hoped, but I can tell what all of the exercises are easily enough. Overall, the functionality is good and it's a decent value for anyone needing/wanting a visual cue/reminder of strength exercises.

It has printing issues and has double printing on it in sections and blurry images. If the printing was correct, it'd actually be decent. It's a poster that has a film covering on it. It's good for a quick reference but big bummer that it's a bad printing.

Pormipone Workout Poster arrived nicely packaged and without damage. Setting it up was easy, I used tacks and attached it to the wooden door in my gym.The visual quality is not as good as I was hoping for, its a cross between double printed, incorrect resolution, focus, and being printed on canvas.It's a good reference poster, but for being able to look at it without straining to make sense of it, it could have been much better. It's an ok value for the money if you want the reference without needing it to be completely focused. I would not recommend this print.

This is a great idea and perfect for hanging up in our home gym! But the quality of printing on the vinyl could be better. It’s came rolled up and is easily taped to the wall or placed in a frame. It looks great from a distance, but I have to squint to read it.
