Gentle mint taste with a bit of "peroxide" ish taste that isn't bad at all - I actually like it because you know you are being sterilized, and again I purchased for post-surgical reasons. Helped alleviate minor pain as well. Highly recommend

this stuff actually works i was so surprised. i get so many canker sores and nothing seems to get rid of them except for this. don’t be fooled it does taste foul but i swished with it at night and the next morning the canker sore that was previously an entire gash along my gums was poof teeny tiny and not painful. one more swish and it was gone the next day. so worth it i will be keeping it on hand at all times

This is basically hydrogen peroxide (HP). Same percentage as drugstore and food safe HP cleaners. It has other things in it, but the HP is what works. I also use baking soda to scrub my tongue when my sjogrens acts up and toothpaste burns my mouth.For canker sores, I swish colloidal silver in my mouth for a few minutes (then swallow). I may repeat this the same day or next day. The canker sores are gone or 90% gone the next day.

this appears to heal mouth sores caused by dental temp crown . i am sold on this item, i tried the oral b product which numbed the sores, this item is healing the sore. after 3 days.

Mostly Hydrogen Peroxide but it is nice to rinse your mouth when in need of such treatment. Somehow I bit the sides of my mouth and tongue while sleeping--never before has my mouth been so sore--except when I've been struck in the mouth several times then it's about the same--but this mouthwash helps to heal in record time, especially when used with hot and very salty salt water. Good Stuff.
