Retro pop/ bomb pop flavor is a great choice to try. I’ve tried strawberry lemonade, watermelon and now the retro pop. I love that does not leave an after taste and they use coconut powder to enhance hydration. Will definitely be reordering and continuing to use while breastfeeding.

The strawberry lemonade was amazing it almost tasted like kool-aid but minus the huge amount of sugar. The watermelon is ok has a weird after taste. I am 1 month post partum and it has helped me rehydrate and give a little more energy. Definitely recommend trying this.

I LOVE these hydration packets! I’m currently breastfeeding and these have helped my supply so much as well as keeping me hydrated! This flavor tastes very good, as do all the flavors! Definitely worth the price!

Wait it’s actually not bad at all. I hate everything tasting off. This has no salty flavor and doesn’t make water too thick like some electrolytes do. Not sure if its effective for milk increases, but I will repurchase it just bc it doesn’t taste nasty and I do need electrolytes in my diet

Let me start off with legendary milk products are pretty awesome… Duette pump, collection cups, flange inserts, she’s thirsty strawberry lemonade… I’ve used these all and have been consistent with buying their products a little too much I’d say… but this flavor was not great. If you like lemon ice flavor then you’ll love it. I thought it’d taste like a bomb pop I was expecting that cherry flavor to hit but sadly it did not. I definitely won’t buy this flavor and I’ll be forcing myself to finish this box so I can buy another 2 boxes of the best flavor strawberry lemonade!
