99% alcohol means that most of the cleaning solution is gone in about 5 seconds after you open the pouches. If you have a large screen like a laptop or monitor, you'll need to use multiple wipes. That said, they don't leave a residue so it's very functional.

I have a lot of problem with gnats and flies pooping on my screen. I don't know why this area of the country has these insect problems now, but hey, I know how to adapt. It really doesn't scratch the screen and it cleans the monitor quickly. If I had fuss about it is the fluid on the wipe dries up within 30 seconds, so scrub quickly!
