Absolutely amazing, I think I deal with high stress hormones on the daily and after a week or so I could tell an overall change in my stress, the ingredients seem clean and the bioperine inside helps the absorption of the ashwaghanda making it more effective and helps your body and mind utilize the benefits with little to no stomach issues. Last thing is like to touch on is while I was taking it it had revolutionized my sleep, normally I wake up anywhere from 4-7 times a night and I only remember waking up once or twice. I am reordering ASAP.

I really like Vitamatic as a good value economical supplement brand which is usually vegetarian. The quality of these capsules seems good like always (having been using many of the brand's supplements for several years), but I don't think this will be on my repeat use list. At $15 for two month's supply, it's not particularly expensive, but the health benefits of Ashwagandha seem limited. It's primarily mentioned for stress reduction, but I haven't noticed an effect. There's some claim of helping absorption of other nutrients, but evidence seems limited.

A 3rd-party tested (=good) Ashwagandha supplement. The fillers are harmless. KSM-66 is a potent standardized, scientifically researched extract, and 600mg is well within the range of what's supported by science.

600mg KSM-66 ashwagandha in one capsule is crazy!! I've never seen a supplement with more than this. The effective daily dose is 300mg, so you definitely don't need more than one capsule a day! And KSM-66 is the only formulation I trust. 60 days of servings for a full, strong dose for $15 is a great deal. Definitely recommend!
