These are easy to remove and fill and inserts can be placed in refrigerator to keep contents cool. The pack is very light weight to carry, even when full. The waist and chest belt are made for slightly smaller frame but is not needed for proper use. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rather than a 5 is because it is a little hard to remove the tube from the mouthpiece to clean separately but I am still able to clean with soap and water. Overall, a great purchase.

Easy to use, lights weight, with side pockets. If you like hiking or going on long walks this product is comfortable. Fits just right on you. The build quality is amazing with materials that are designed to keep you dry and cool. Best value for your money because you get to for the price of one. The functionality is easy to use for all ages. With side pockets for snacks while hiking and pocket to place your phone.

Good for the price, but you may want to spend more and get a better item. These work, but running the drinking tube is a pain, each time you refill. I use mine daily and got tired of it quickly. These have been replaced and trashed within a week. This is an instance of spending more, for better design, is better, in my opinion.
