Seems like a decent product. My husband takes these. He has never been big on breakfast, but he said that on the days he takes these in the morning, it’s easier to get to lunchtime without hunger. Seems to have a positive impact on his energy as well. Love that it’s a whole food supplement.

I’m very happy with these Whole Veggies and Fruits by Ruduwu. I never eat the daily fruits and vegetables that I should, so taking these assures me that I’m getting the nutrients that I need, as these are made with over 40 fruits and vegetables, and they are the most beneficial ones, in my opinion. These are Soy free, and contain no pesticides or added preservatives.The recommended dose is 3 fruit capsules and 3 veggie capsules daily. It seems like a lot, but I’m happy to take them because I know they are benefiting my health and well being. Plus they are very easy to swallow.If you are someone who doesn’t get your daily nutrition through food, I highly recommend these.

While I cannot swear that these will work for anyone, I can confirm my husband has been taking them for the past 6 months and feels they keep him regular and helps his ummune system to fight off germs causing illness. I'll be honest, he doesn't eat on the healthy side all the time and he feels these make up for his lack of vegetables. As long as he feels they work for him, I'm ok with it.

I stumbled upon these when I was actually looking for another supplement and decided to give them a try. They have a ton of good, natural ingredients and I trust that they’re benefiting my health when I take them. I like that they’re all natural and I think they’re a fair price for what you’re getting. I do wonder if they’re works as well as a powdered, drink-mix style greens supplement but it’s hard to say. They’re definitely more convenient. It’s one of those supplements that you sort of just have to trust is benefiting you, as you’re not going to see some magical change come down on you. In the end, I think they’re worth that peace of mind to me since they’re fairly priced. As long as they stay affordable, I’ll probably continue to take them.
