It works. I tested in water, all the lights lit up. I dipped it in my car's brake fluid tank, the green and yellow light lit ( 1% of water ) I repeated it another 6 times. On the 4th - 6th time 3 lights lit up. The green, yellow and yellow light lit up (2 % water) I repeated it again and again changing the angle and direction of the prong. The reading consistently stayed at 2%.I'm satisfied. I just saved myself from a $279 brake fluid flush.I'll try to share a video tom and repeat the test. In the meantime here a photo of the tester.
