Assembly is quick and easy, just wrap the handles if you want and then attach the rubber feet, and you’re good to go. The whole setup process takes about 15 minutes.In terms of performance, they work well for push-ups, L-sits, and handstands. The natural wood finish feels good in hand, and the grip is secure. They really help with wrist alignment, especially for push-ups, and I’ve found I can hold L-sits longer than before. If you're new to parallettes bars, you may want to look online for different exercises since nothing is included along those lines. Durability-wise, they seem built to last. After several weeks of use, they still look and feel as sturdy as when I first got them, with no signs of wear. They don’t wobble, and the construction feels reliable. If you're looking for simple, well-made parallettes that will hold up over time, these are a great affordable option.

These work really well for my planche progressions. And are great for lists and even regular pushups. The black wrap goes around the handles for better grip. And there are pads to stick to the bottom so they don’t slide. This works perfectly on my stall matts.

So you have to put it together which due to the simple parts makes me wonder why am I buying this and not making it myself... Anyways the end result works well and I like doing pushups on these so much better then the floor. Its creates more range of motion and these are simple yet effective. I do wish it had more wrap though to make the handles a bit softer on the hands. It does seem a bit cheap.

These hand bars work alright for exercising, but they also make for good perches for baby chicks. They don't slide around on the ground, and they are lightweight and easy to move from one location to another. They are smooth, and I didn't notice any places that were rough or splintered.
