Heavier than I realized. Fits nicely in my toyota highlander, just need to remove mirrors. Smooth ride, adjustable speed, decent price. Assembly was stupid simple

PRO:It’s a decent scooter. Not real heavy. It’s easy to transport in three pieces. I am impressed on how fast it is. Maybe a little too fast. Glad speed can be adjusted. Shipping was fast.CON:Trying to deal with customer service is a nightmare. THEIR RESPONSE TIME WAS GREAT but beyond that it was not good. I was finally helped after several FRUSTRATED messages to them.SUMMARY: The scooter is fine and worth the $$$

Scooter worked on arrival. Husband took short ride on it after putting it together. We loaded it on back of pickup to go on vacation. It did not start on arrival to destination. Battery fully charged. Will run if you push start it but stops as soon as you stop it. Im very disappointed because I was not able to do a lot with my family. Im hoping you will take it back and replace it with another scooter.

I like everything about it except that it was made in China. When I saw the name Heinsy USA I thought it was built in America. However I still like the scooter and am glad I bought it.
