And if you're like me and have come to the realization, unless you for $$$$ to spend, all affordable pool robots aren't perfect! None of them are! All Robot Cleaners are unique and all pools are unique.For the company's customer service alone, this is a 5 start product. You're not purchasing a product only to find out that you're stuck with a paper weight once things aren't working as you'd like. The support and communication from Gosvor are excellent! They won't leave you waiting for a response and a useless unit.Overall, this robot pool cleaner is a great unit for most people's budget. Is it perfect? No. But again, most Robot Pool Vacuums aren't! And for the price range, it's great value. Most Robots will be like phones and have a lifespan. So who has $$$$ to spend every few years???This unit is the lightest unit I have found. Does that matter? It sure does. Cause I've tried lifting heavier units out of the water and have almost fallen in! I love the open access, the light weight, and its ability to climb. I was also impressed with the amount of sand it cleaned from my pool!Some things to note though: the battery life is only 1.5 hrs, the unit doesn't do water line scrubbing, charge not meant for large pools, and like all bots steps cause problems.Gosvor acknowledged these things and hopes to improve the unit going forward. So this perfect for those on a budget looking for a good starter machine or already have one and need supplemental cleaning. I think it's hard to overlook the value. Again, it's ability to pick up fine particles like sand are superb. And it climbs my 12 foot walls no problem!

It works great and it is very simple to use. I have a 36 x 17 Grecian style vinyl inground pool with a deep end. It can climb slopes and walls. I really like the large capacity bag and the ease of cleaning. I am in the Northeast and we get a lot of spring pollen from the trees. I was happy to see it was able to pick up pollen and dust like particles on the bottom. It probably helped that I used a clarifier to bind the small particles together. The instructions say to keep your chemicals in balance for optimal wall climbing. Charging was less than 3 hours which is fine because I wouldn't be using it again for at least a day. The price was terrific. I can't review the durability because I just got it but I will make sure to take care of it with a quick rinse off of fresh water after use and to store it properly.

I had high hopes for the Gosvar Pivot pool vacuum when I purchased it. At first, it seemed to work fine and did a decent job of cleaning my pool. However, the honeymoon phase didn’t last long. Within just a few weeks, I noticed the battery didn’t last as long—it would barely finish a cleaning cycle before it needed to be recharged. Soon after, it stopped picking up debris well and left visible dirt along the bottom and sides of my pool.The worst part: just two days after the Bolo return window closed, the vacuum stopped working altogether. It would not turn on or hold a charge, no matter what I tried—even after following all the instructions and maintenance recommendations. I also discovered while searching for solutions online that other customers have had similar problems with this product, including rapid battery failure, poor cleaning performance after a short period, and units breaking down just after the return policy ends.When I reached out to customer service for help, I received slow responses and no real solutions. Many people online have reported the same lackluster support and difficulty getting warranty replacements or refunds.I regret buying this product and do not recommend it to anyone. The build quality is questionable, performance drops off quickly, and the timing of the breakdown feels almost intentional. Save yourself time, money, and frustration. If it were possible to give zero stars out of five, I absolutely regret my purchase.

Decent product for the price. Works in a random pattern. It takes us 3-4 runs to clean about 80% of the pool surface. It does not do steps. Run time is about 90 minutes per charge. It will do water line about 50% of the time. We still have to hand brush the steps. Cleaning is fairly easy. Charge time is about 3-4 hours.

I have had this vacuum about a month now and have used it about 1/2 dozen times. I was skeptical at first and almost sent it back after the first use because it wanted to climb the same walls over and over. I have a small (12 x25) irregular shaped pool with curves, steps and shelves. Although it says it doesn't clean steps, it does try. I rescued it a few times the first day, but soon realized that it was able to get itself "unstuck" if I just left it alone long enough. I recommend turning off the pump when using as it has gotten "sucked" to the skimmer a few times when climbing the walls and had to be helped off. It takes about 3 hours to charge and runs for a good two hours. It's suppose to ideally park itself on a wall when finished, but I've only had this happen the first time. It is lightweight and easy to clean. I just pull out the bag and hose it off and let it dry in the sun for a few minutes. But overall I highly recommend this vacuum. I do wish it had a switch for doing just the floor.

Highly recommend. I've used daily for a month now. We have a36x16 pool with an incline. It picks up sand and holds in securely inside the lining until I clean it. I've had other machines that allowed the sand to disperse when I pulled it out of the pool. Easy to use, easy to clean, and makes my life easier. It does not work on the steps in our pool, but it does such a great job otherwise, still consider it 5 star.
