Just opened the mini treadmill today. Very easy to set up. After trying to get it started with no success and watching videos I was about to give up when I discovered the power switch on the bottom front. The manual does not show the power switch. The manual also refers to a "start" button that does not exist. I almost purchased a similar item but I'm happy I chose this one with arms. I am older and balance is not great so the arms are helpful. The pad is what it is, a mini treadmill that is inexpensive and does not take a lot of room. It is not loud but has an annoying squeak that I'm sure in time will be less annoying. It is new so will have to wait to see how sturdy it is. I have a short stride, if you have a long one this may not work for you.

I'm giving this 1 star because the shipping was decent. It was a day late but when I saw it was coming so far from me, I actually expected it to be longer with the way deliveries have been over the last almost 5 years.On to how I almost died... twice.I do not keep the clip clipped to me because I know from past treadmills that can be more dangerous for me, but I was going to increase my speed, barely brushed the emergency clip, and it immediately stopped. It was kinda like when we were in middle school, and I was running through my class, and my best friend stuck her foot out to trip me... I jerked forward with such force that I almost went over the top. OK, clumsy user error. I hopped back on for another go.I was walking along, enjoying my cheesy 90's Lifetime movie, and I said to myself, "Self, this is going good. Let's increase speed." I increased my speed to 4mph, and boom! The belt wrinkled, and when I tell you my body went into so many contortionist moves that I'm going to hurt in places that I never knew existed for weeks to come, that's exactly what I mean.It was also delivered with a crack in the front that had missing plastic, but I feel that's a minor detail.

I received this yesterday and have used it twice. The first one came damaged but Bolo was on it. They delivered a brand new one next day. Bonus --they picked up the damaged one from my house.Pros: Easy peasy set up! The operation is simple. It's a nice weight to be able to move around yet not too lightweight. The foldable bar is awesome with the cup holder and the handlebars on the sides and space for your phone or tablet. The price was right $40 coupon. And I love the whole look of this machine in the white. It has a good feel when walking on it.Cons: I want to properly maintain this machine. However, the instructions that came with it are vague as to how to oil it. There is no information on the 12 installed programs in the instructions. After I used it the first time, the belt moved over to the right and after trying to adjust it according to instructions it didn't work out. I emailed the manufacturer about these issues and am waiting to hear back. Be careful walking around the frame of it, as it's plastic and looks like it could crack easily if stepped on.
