Good oil, very green, taste subjective rhough too similar to others in taste
Overall, I very much liked this hemp seed oil. Love the fact that it’s made right here in Canada. While the flavour is described as nutty to my pallet, it tastes no different than a lightly toasted sesame seed oil. Not that that’s a bad thing, but I cannot decipher much of any difference if I’m being honest other than the colour which is a very vivid green. I do wish they wouldn’t have shipped this and just the plastic bottle as it looks like a bottle of shampoo rather than oil. It was, however, sealed with an aluminum cap, which is important and I appreciate that. Doesn’t pour very well from the bottle it comes in and I transferred it into an old balsamic vinegar bottle with a funnel type spout. Well, I doubt this will replace my higher quality olive oil as I like that pepper kick and grassiness to my oils but this was a pleasant change of pace. At nearly $30 a liter, however it also compares in price to higher quality extra-virgin olive oil’s, and because of that I think it will be a difficult sale for most to consider this over extra-virgin olive oil. The main benefits here for us Canadians is that it’s sourced locally very little chance of having adult oil as the case with many oils coming from Europe unfortunately. I am a fan and would consider purchasing again, but they really need to do a better job with their bottling as a cheap as the look I find.- show off that dark green hue guys it’s lovely!

Use it for soap making and for skin care, removed wrinkles and tiny lines and gives a soft glow to your skin

Pros:- The flavour is mild and nutty which makes it easy to add to different recipes without overwhelming other ingredients.- High in omega fats, especially ALA and LA, so it’s a nice option if you’re looking for a plant oil that actually contributes something nutritionally.- Works well in salad dressings, drizzled over veggies, or blended into shakes and smoothies without separating or leaving a weird aftertaste.- The deep green colour is visually appealing when poured on food and shows it’s not overly refined.- They say it’s Canadian grown and produced which feels like a more trustworthy source compared to generic imported oils.Cons:- The bottle design isn’t great for pouring and can make a mess unless you transfer it to a different container.- Needs refrigeration after opening and has a short window of use before it loses quality, which isn’t always convenient.Current title: SUNYEAH Cold Pressed Hemp Seed Oil, Canadian, High in Omega 3 & 6, Keto Friendly (500 ml)
