If you are an active senior, this is great for maintaining muscle mass as we age. The taste is great on its own with just water or add it to your favorite beverage, as it mixes easily.

A little chalky, so I add sugar free peach flavoring, easier to tolerate. Still a little grainy at the bottom of the glass, but certainly tolerable for the benefits.

I have been using this for a while and notice a real change in recovery from exercise. Works for me, but it is not instantaneous. Takes about two weeks, but worth it for me.

I got this primarily for brain health. I mix it with a smoothie in the morning and don’t even notice it from a taste perspective. I did mix it with water one day and the taste was pretty unpleasant, even when mixed with 32 ounces of water. Having said all that, I will continue with this product but just know that mixing it with a smoothie is the way to go.
