It is better for you and more responsibly sourced. I love salt but have high blood pressure. The mediterranean salt tastes just like salt.

I absolutely love this sea salt! The flavor is rich and enhances all my dishes perfectly. The shaker makes it easy to use and the fact that it's hand-harvested from Sicilian Mediterranean sea salt adds a special touch to my cooking. Highly recommend this premium product!

I am generally satisfied with this bottle of sea salt. The taste is good (it’s salty, lol!) The salt is very finely ground, which makes it a little dusty if you shake it out too fast. I think it is decent value for this large amount too.The cap has 4 pouring options, which I thought was pretty cool. I find the smallest pour holes are not very effective until you've used a little bit of the salt. (It's just very full at first!)
