I also bought the 7L but the 10L is so much better for 2 big dogs. I did contact CS about a bigger tank after buying the 7L. I was in contact with Sue and she was beyond wonderful! Was very quick and clear in her responses and provided an awesome solution which is why I then bought the 10L. I would highly recommend purchasing from Oneisall just because of how great their CS is if you need it. Thank you Sue for offering a solution! I have 2 large dogs who love the fountain and immediately started drinking from it.

I purchased this water fountain for our 2-year-old German Shepherd, and it's been a fantastic decision — especially in the Texas summer heat. She drinks a lot of water, and I’ve noticed she visits the fountain more often than she ever did with a regular bowl.I love that I can add ice to the reservoir to keep the water cool, and the constant circulation keeps it fresh. Within half a day, she drank nearly half the container, which tells me she likes it too!I did hesitate a bit because of the price and considered going with a typical gravity water bowl. But I'm so glad I spent the extra money on this. It gives us peace of mind knowing she’s staying hydrated and won’t run out of clean water.I also purchased the 12-pack of replacement filters, and I’ll be following the advice to clean it regularly. Hopefully it lasts a long time — so far, we’re very happy with it!

So far, so good. It is easy to clean and keeps clean. It is great for multi pet households. The only negative is that the motor makes a humming noise, particularly when the water level gets lower. I am not sure if that is normal or not.

I lovethisfountain. our 3 dogs and sometimes cat-drink a lot more water now using this. The bowls I used before had to be filled many times a day and I washed them daily--We had way to many bowls for the dogs-it was funny!!donated them to dog shelter! Now I would like to say I had a fountain 15 years ago for 2 dogs and was filling and cleaning it often--this one lasts for at least a week befor e I clean i it and it is a snap to clean.I will recommend it highly.

Cannot find any compatible filters for this. Nothing else fits it! The filters from this company are backed order and it takes nearly 2 month to get. I am still waiting. I have tried improvising with filters that do not fit it. If I would have known that it only takes 1 type of filter and having to wait nearly 2 months to get it, I would not have bought it! As far at the pump and it working, it works but what is the point if you cannot find filters for it.Update: The company reached out and apologized that the filters were held up and finally received them today. As far as the dog waterer, it is good quality and works great and quiet. My dogs love it.

I have 2 medium sized (each 25lbs) Doodles. When one was diagnosed with bladder stones, we won't through a diet change and was instructed to encourage water driving from our vet. My research found that moving water was more attractive to dogs, so Ibegan my hunt for fountains! I was concerned about the size, it's rather large, and have found tons of negative comments (about fountains in general) about difficulty with cleaning. THIS ONE IS AMAZING. Surprisingly, it keeps the water cool. The top plate let's debris from Doodle beards sink to the bottom, while allowing room for clean drinking water. The top plate is super easy to remove to clean and fill, the sound is less mirror like and more running water, and the filters keep everything clean. I change the filters weekly, and replacement filters are super affordable.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good concept, but a bad design for dogs: my dog wants to bite at the part where the water comes out and can easily pull the whole pump assembly out of the fountain. To seal the deal on why this is terrible, once the pump is out of water for even an hour it will burn out and die. We have replaced the motor twice, trying things like painting the dry part with tabasco sauce- no luck. The pump needs to be attached to the basin or natural dog play makes this unusable. :(

Updated Review (3 Stars):Customer service reached out to try and make things right. They confirmed there was a shortage of filters right now and that they were working as fast as possible to get them back in stock. They offered to send me a bunch free of charge as soon as they were able (which they claimed would hopefully be very soon). I stand by what I said in my original review: the fountain is great if not for the filter issue. Our dogs love it, and it certainly keeps the water cleaner. It is also not that hard to clean and maintain. Assuming you can get filters, it's a great purchase. Hopefully, they streamline their filter production system better. For now, we simply can't use the fountain until the filters are back in stock or get here.Original Review (1 Star):I was all ready to write a 4-5 star review for this fountain until I realized you can’t get replacement filters for it. Considering with multiple dogs drinking from it you would need to change the filters reasonably often, not having filter access makes the product effectively useless. They are even sold out on Oneisalls own website.
