I have been actively reversing my plantar fasciitis with different exercises, wearing toe seperators and now doing this roller. It sounds like a lot of work and that it hurts but it was comfortable yet productive. It looks exactly as pictured, is good quality and durable. It definitely gets some of those pressure points in ur foot, depending on the pressure u use on the roller.

I wanted one of these for my desk. I wasn't super excited about the larger nubs at one end and thought I would just avoid that side, but it instantly became my favorite feature of this foot massager. If for no other reason, you should get one of these to keep your legs moving while you sit to prevent clots. My feet feel great and I can't imagine an electric massager doing as well, certainly not for the money.

This foot massager has been really helpful with the pain I have from plantar fasciitis. It is sturdy and is good quality. It's the perfect size to put under a desk at work or in a suitcase for a trip. Great price for the item!

I wasn't 100 sure if I was going to like this or not. But I was very surprised on how nice it feels. I'm even rolling it on my thighs and that feels good too. The kids even like to use it.

This feels so good on my feet. I keep it under my desk, slipping my shoes off from time to time to give my feet a bit of relieve. The harder you press your foot into the wooden dowels, the better it'll feel. Great purchase!
