Too many variables within the human body to know if this product enhanced or degraded my health or if it benefitted it. Not being familiar with what the ingredients should be-I'd assume the ingredients are the best on the market. As to the effectiveness I'd have to say that I found this product effective at convincing me to pay for something I know nothing about. My energy level has increased only to the degree of which I spent on this product. I could easily swallow this product.

This is a new supplement for me, so I waited a few weeks to write a review to see if I could see any effect from adding this Totaria NMNH as an alternative to the NAD supplements I have taken. This is an easy to swallow 2 capsules and I experienced no stomach upset taking this. This is a 30 day supply and seems to be a good value compared to other NAD support supplements I have tried.My skin feels healthier taking this supplement and it may be because of the added nicotinamide at 200 mg in addition to the nicotinamide ribosome at 500Mg. NAD levels reduce with age and taking an NAD support supplement, such as this, works well for me.To me this supplement provides good skin support and the quality is supported by made in the USA with cGMP. Normally I add photos to my reviews, but this product is exactly as shown in the product description and I really appreciate that level of transparency.
