We just installed a new over range hood vent and these don't come with plugs anymore apparently, just ends that you can splice with another cord you need to buy. And the wires are really short too so I was worried I wouldn't be able to fit the splice into the box but it was really easy to do so and position the other end to come out another opening. Also great that there were so many different options in terms of opening angles to work with that even a new homeowner like me could figure it out pretty easily.
