For people who suffer from asthma or other respiratory issues, Mullein is a great supplement.These gummies have a wonderful fruity flavor and texture while supplying all the things that are proven to help with lung health and breathing.My only issue with these gummies is that the first ingredient is Sugar.

The gummies don't work as good as the tincture, but they taste better and can be easier to take. Effectiveness is not up to par with the tincture version, but if you don't like the taste of Mullein tincture then I recommend these gummies.
