I absolutely love this thing!!! The functionality is on point.. perfect size, incredibly versatile and mobile!! I've tried so many different iPad / phone clamp variations to find something to hold my devices while I'm lying in bad. This is the first thing to really truly work the way I needed it to. The iPad is no longer going to weigh down the arm!!! Great design, heavy base so no falling over, easy to assemble, very sturdy!

I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and functionality of this stand! I have tried several and they all had issues from needing to add additional weights to the base or the pole not staying extended.I'm not a good judge of size/weight, so I didn't realize how substantial the 15 lb base was compared to other stands. That's definitely a pro.The fact that the arm is a sturdy solid metal is another pro. Don't even get me started on the gooseneck stands. I have never found a gooseneck that actually supports the weight of a tablet.The locking clamps seem good right now, but I've only had it for a couple of days. I usually wait longer to post a review but I'm just really thrilled with it. I will say that after fully extending the pole, I leaned over and accidentally placed a little bit of weight on it. The pole slipped down some and I was able to pull it right back up. I'm a little concerned about that since I'm using it to suspend my tablet overhead to read while my massage chair is reclined. However, I've used it a couple of times and have not had any problem with the pole sliding or collapsing yet.Lastly, the clamp for the tablet itself is great. I've tried several where it's so hard to open the clamp that I can barely get the tablet in. This clamp opens exceptionally easy but holds my heavy 10-something inch tablet without slipping at all.When you compare the price of this stand (which was still more than I'd would have liked to pay) to others, it's an excellent price. It's less than half the price of the other stands I was considering so that's a win for me. All in all, I would say this is well worth it if you need a tablet stand.

He tenido la oportunidad de probar otros soportes para mi tablet y todas me han ido decepcionando por su poca estabilidad y materiales, es por ello que decidí probar con esta; sin embargo, esta me sorprendió, ya que cumple muy bien su cometido y te da suficiente estabilidad para asegurarlo en la posición que más te guste. Eso sí, si lo requieres para jugar o estar siempre usando el táctil podría no ser lo que necesitas, porque tiene ciertas vibraciones al ir usando el táctil y no es lo suficientemente estable, pero sí lo necesitas para ver alguna película o serie, o simplemente deseas tenerlo ahí mientras haces algo más va perfecto.

After buying two other cheap phone holders, I decided to spend a little more. It is worth the money- great quality, very sturdy, nicely weighted base, extremely easy to assemble, and goes in all the positions I need it to in order to read in bed.

This is great, easy to move, adjust, sturdy,Better than stands that are much pricier. I love it. I have it against the wall, when not in use. I move to my bed when using and back to wall when done. It is not too heavy to move. Got this because what I bought that attached to table didn't work out

This stand has a very heavy base and sturdy post with strong clamps. Why they would top that with weak arms and a crappy iPad holder is beyond me. The arms tilt down with the weight of the iPad and bounces like crazy when typing. It would be great for watching movies but I would not recommend it if you need to type or scroll the screen. I have only used it for about 15 minutes and my head is pounding from trying to read text that is bounce up and down. It’s a shame, because it could be a very good product if the arm and the tablet holder were of better quality.
Good iPad bed holder.
It is very sturdy. It was installed beside my bed to hold my iPad for easy viewing. The height can be adjusted and swivel 360 deg to pave way when to go up and down from the bed. This is my second iPad holder, the first one was discarded as it cannot give a good choice of viewing position unlike this one where the viewing position has enough room.

Molto soddisfatto dell’acquisto, il supporto è veramente stabile grazie al piedistallo bello pesante. Comprato per la moglie che usa a letto per leggere su Kindle, piccolissime vibrazioni quando tocca per avanzare di pagina (per me non necessita di telecomando avanza pagine). Per chi invece utilizza tablet o iPad il piccolo traballio potrebbe dare fastidio quando si digita su tastiera. Per il resto è di ottima fattura visto che è tutto metallo, consigliato.

Fantastic for holding an iPad steady at a comfortable height and angle. The very heavy base is great but it obviously isn’t exactly portable. Really pleased with it.

Es gibt Geräte, bei denen man im Nachhinein gar nicht weiß, warum man so lange ohne sie zurechtgekommen ist. Der elitehood iPad Bodenständer gehört für mich genau in diese Kategorie. Ich bin 51, habe schon einige Halterungen ausprobiert – von Schwanenhals über Klemmlösungen bis hin zu wackeligen Teleskopstangen. Nichts davon hat mich auf Dauer überzeugt. Dieses Modell macht da einen deutlichen Unterschied.Verarbeitung & Aufbau: Schwer, aber gut soSchon beim Auspacken merkt man, dass das Ding nicht aus Plastikträumen gebaut ist. Der Fuß allein wiegt stolze 6,4 Kilo – das sorgt erstmal für Stirnrunzeln, aber ich hab schnell begriffen: Das ist gewollt. Der Ständer steht wie festbetoniert, auch wenn das iPad ganz ausgefahren vor einem schwebt. Kein Kippen, kein Nachwackeln beim Antippen. Für mich als gelegentlichen Nacht-Streamer ein entscheidender Punkt.Nutzung im Alltag: Kein Gefummel mehrIch nutze das Teil vor allem abends im Schlafzimmer, wenn ich auf dem iPad einen Film in HDR schauen will – mein alter Flachbildfernseher (noch gut in Schuss, aber eben ohne echtes HDR) kommt da einfach nicht mehr mit. Das iPad, in meinem Fall das Air 11-Zoll, liefert das Bild, das ich mir wünsche. Und der Ständer? Hält das Tablet exakt auf Augenhöhe, direkt über mir – ganz ohne, dass ich mir den Nacken verrenken muss.Selbst mit Schutzhülle passt das iPad problemlos in die Halterung. Die Klemmmechanik wirkt solide, nichts klappert, nichts verbiegt sich. Der 61 cm lange Arm lässt sich sauber ausrichten – sei es für Filme, einen kurzen Videoanruf oder auch mal, um beim Kochen in der Küche ein Rezept abzulesen.Kleine Aha-Momente und eine überraschende SchwächeWas ich nicht erwartet hätte: Die wackelfreie Bedienung ist ein echter Komfortgewinn. Bei anderen Haltern hat’s immer ein bisschen nachgeschwungen, wenn man mal am Bildschirm getippt hat. Hier bleibt alles ruhig, selbst bei etwas kräftigerem Antippen. Ein eher unerwarteter Nachteil: Wenn man den Arm komplett einklappt, steht der Ständer nicht so ganz flach an der Wand – für enge Räume muss man etwas Platz einplanen. Ist kein Beinbruch, aber eben auch nicht ganz elegant gelöst.Technische Details, die wirklich zählenDie Höhenverstellung funktioniert zuverlässig und lässt sich mit einem Handgriff anpassen – von knapp 56 cm bis auf über einen Meter. Die Kugelgelenke (135° neigbar, 360° drehbar) wirken fast schon überdimensioniert robust. Man merkt: Hier wurde eher auf Dauerbelastung als auf Show-Effekt gebaut.Mein persönliches Fazit:Ich durfte den elitehood Tablet-Ständer im Rahmen des Bolo-Vine-Programms testen – das beeinflusst meine Meinung aber kein Stück. Für unter 100 Euro (Stand: Juni 2025) bekommt man hier ein durchdachtes, wertiges Produkt, das seinen Platz im Alltag sehr schnell findet – gerade, wenn man wie ich abends gerne mal in Ruhe einen Film schaut, ohne sich gleich ins Wohnzimmer umquartieren zu müssen.Ein Helferlein, das still und zuverlässig seinen Dienst tut – und dabei mehr Komfort bringt, als man auf den ersten Blick vermutet hätte.
