I really appreciate the controls on this unit that are more akin to the bobcat or other high quality unit.While operating it the first day I noticed a hydraulic oil was occurring, the company provided a mechanic (voice and text) to walk me through locating the issue and identifying parts and pieces with the ability to send pictures and video back and forth. Once it was determined that it was more than a lose hose, they made up for the interruption to the job and the time I spent trying to fix the unit on site by sending a new unit to replace the malfunctioning unit. Although I would have preferred a perfect unit right from the start, these things happen. The company did whatever they had to in order to make it right. I highly recommend working with this company if you are in the market for a small excavator that doesn't break the bank, but also has the capability to move dirt with and in relative ease and comfort.One complaint I do have is about the gas tank, yes it's the built in one on the Briggs and Stratton engine, but it is only like 1.5 gallons, and it is difficult to fill in the cab configuration because you have to fold the seat forward reach down into the underbelly and undo the cap, and somehow get a tank into the cab back behind the seat and down into there while trying to not spill gas everywhere. I will have to rig a long hose I suppose. But the unit does seem to get some good time in on that bit of fuel, however there is not an indicator on the level so just be prepared...

I am pleased with the machine so far. Tracking and delivery were confusing. Huayee sent a manual for the B & S engine via fedex and shipped the machine using a third party delivery service. Fedex tracking only showed the progress of the manual, so it appeared the machine had been delivered when it had not. I panicked and started messaging Huayee. The machine did arrive about an hour and a half later. The machine would not start. The battery had been drained. The driver eventually used his truck to jump start the machine using his jumper cable and mine. When the engine finally turned over, gasoline poured out of the muffler. Once started the machine ran just fine. I did some research before purchasing and this manufacturer appears to make a better than average machine. It would be nice to have an owners manual to explain some of the features. Might have been 5 stars if there was a manual.Having no experience with this type of machine I had some initial issues. An engineer from Huayee contacted me and talked me through resolving. I am very happy.

It is a great little machine,very nice. BUT I gave it 4 stars because it does require some upgrades and modifications. You need to add fans in the engine compartment. It gets so hot it boils the gas out of the tank. Also you will need to extend the exhaust pipe and plug the holes in the cab, to keep the exhaust fumes from killing you while you run it. once you do all that it’s a great little machine

I did a lot of research and watched a lot of videos on 1 and 1.2 ton mini excavators from China. this one seemed to be the most heavy duty and has a lot of bells and whistles. The others just don’t have.When it gets showed up a week early and unloaded, I was even more impressed with the robust machine and the pilot controls are such a plus for control over all movements.Language barrier is a little tough getting started with, but after I started texting with Jennie in customer service, everything smoothed right out. (She’s Awesome)This one may be a little more money than some but money well spent you won’t regret it.

Enjoyed 11 hours of learning and digging before the starter jammed. I currently can't get the motor started. Battery ok, solenoid ok switches 13 volts to starter but no turning of the motor. No manual !!!
