I really like this robot and bought it for its mopping capabilities. The idea of having a clean and dirty water tanks in the robot itself is a great idea. The roller continuously cleans itself while mopping. It eventually ends up at the home base to suck the dirty water into the base unit and fill the robot with clean water again.It is a great mopping robot except that I have a small issue of seeing some water drops in some places. I contacted Eufy and they are addressing the issue.In conclusion I would like to summarize my 2 day usage of 100% tiled home:- Excellent mopping using roller- Very quiet even at performance vacuum mode- Leaves some droplets while mopping. This is being addressed and once fixed will get a 5 star rating)- Somewhat poor vacumming performance on tiled floor. It leaves some small particles around.- Unable to vacuum or mop along the sides.- Mapping mechanism somewhat buggy for an open floor layout (Kitchen, living room, dining room and long hallway were considered as one room but that was easily fixed with the editor. I am sure the software will improve in time.If you are looking for a good mopping robot this is the one to buy. I have not tried it on carpets since I do not have any.July 24 Update:------------------Eufy addressed the droplets issue and now the product works pefect for mopping.There has also been a couple of firmware updates improving mapping algorithms which shows Eufy's commitment for supporting the product. Customer support has also been top quality with super fast responses and actions.As previously mentioned I cannot comment on carpet performance since I do not have any but if you are looking for a mopping solution this is the product to get.

We have had a regular eufy robot vacuum for years and loved it. I was really excited about splurging on this but have been incredibly disappointed. Leaving droplets of water.. streaks of water in front of the station and clearly not cleaning any part of the LVP floors. Pics for better explanation. Vacuum function seems to work well but mop is a mess

I am loving this. Had bought a Eufy C20 for my sister and as we can't get together for a month, I set it up to see if I really wanted one for myself. My house a little larger than hers but after seeing that work, I'm impressed. I went and ordered this higher end but still do-able priced Omni E 25 and OMG I love, love, love it. Easy set up, great vacuum,works wonderfully, mops excellent, charging and cleaning quick. Good price .Now that I've had this for about 3weeks I dearly love but... The fact is it is now on sale for $200 less, and even less that it was on prime day sale ! WHAT IS UP WITH THAT !!! I could take the $100. off due to prime but $200. Crazy lNow just return and buy again or go to Eufy site to get direct. Can find NO way to talk to someone at Bolo about this.

The media could not be loaded. I have been very impressed with the vacuum I've had for just over a week and have not encountered a single issue. It's not got stuck at all and has managed to transition between my carpets, rugs, and hardwood floors without any problems. I have two cats and a dog, and most of my house has hardwood floors. I generally vacuum multiple times a week, and even with that routine, I still notice grey hairballs swirling around on the floor after a day or two. I've been running the Eufy daily for the past week, and it's excellently keeping up with all the pet hair. I haven't needed to vacuum manually yet.I'm particularly impressed with the mapping feature and the speed at which it vacuums and mops. It managed to map my entire house almost perfectly. I had to adjust one of the bedrooms as it only mapped about 1/2 of it on the initial run. When changing the room, the software was slightly confusing, but I figured it out. Regarding cleaning, it's not perfect, and sometimes spots are missed in corners or along walls and objects; it hits the 80-90% mark and will still save me a lot of time. The mopping feature works excellently as well. I purposely spilled a few things on the floor to test how well it worked and even let some spots dry; it did an excellent job of mopping them up. Since it moves in lines on the central part of the floor, I can see mop lines when it dries and the sunlight hits it, especially on my dark floors. However, I don't notice it at all on my light floors. I still plan on mopping and vacuuming, but I'll have to do it much less often with this vacuum.I've owned several other models of automatic vacuums (non-Eufy), but my last one often got stuck on obstacles constantly, and I would have to hunt to find it. Sometimes, it would even die before returning to the charging base. I also frequently forgot to empty the bin, preventing it from running consistently, and eventually, I just gave up on it. That shouldn't be the case with this one, as it handles much of the maintenance on its own. I'd recommend trying this one if you are looking for an automated solution.
Started off perfect, had some glitches but is now back to perfect again !!!
This machine was very impressive at first, mapping and vacuuming with precision and actually clean.WIthin a week and after 5-7 uses, as what I've saw online it started dripping dirty water everywhere it cleans. In the end, there are just spots of dirty drops all over.Let's see what the support team they have to say. It's only been a week, if they can't resolve the issue, it is going back to them. But it was a perfect keeper when it first started.Update on 2025-07-22Eufy support is great and fast after I reached out for support regarding the dripping. They said to send out a replacement/redesigned dirty tank which should solve the issue. I do hope this will fix the issue because like I said after the first few uses. Will continue to update and see how long it takes them to resolve a major issue on a great product.Update on 2025-07-252 days after receiving email from their support team about the replacement part shipped, I received it and immediately put it on the robot and did a regular clean. Viola, as they said, the dirty water drip is no more. Did what I normally would a 4-area cleaning with medium wet and medium suction clean, not a single drop of water using existing roller and everything. (The only thing new was their revised tank that fixed the dripping issue). Very great support, fast turnaround, fast response and them acknowledging the issue and not pointing fingers. The robot is cleaning perfectly to my preference again. May fail to pick up a piece or 2 debris as before, but it has amazing obstacle avoidance capability where I simply leave the room as is and it will clean with or without things on the floor blocking its path. My first robot, and it is doing an exceptional job that I'd give it perfect score.
Excellent product especially for homes with pets.
I bought another robot vacume/mop combo, and it was awful. I returned that and got this one. This one is excellent. It easily and acutely maps rooms then does an exceptional job of vacuuming and mopping. I have measy pets amd this has definitely made my life easier.
Bad for tiles. Hydroget brush cleaning on the go isn’t cleaning - Algorithm issues
The media could not be loaded. Reality, overrated… the problem is the hydro jet cleaning while mopping session. That dirty scraper with tank design flaws. It can’t scrape the dirty water properly from the brush. Causing slight dirty water distribution on the floor. Carpet and object algortithm isn’t good enough. The legs of coffee tables always a problem it tries to push it etc… carpets can get stuck and it doesn’t stop or try to fix it. Carpet corners get stuck in mop brush as it doesn’t retract properly those corner spots of carpets

Tellement satisfaite de mon achat ! Ce robot est le robot qu’il faut à tout le monde. Il est 100% automome, il aspire et nettoie à la perfection. Moi qui suis une personne très maniaque dans la vie, j’avais des attentes très élevées sur ce robot et il coche toute mes cases avec succès. De plus j’ai été très surprise par le fait qu’il soit très silencieux, on peux écouter la télé ou même être au téléphone en étant dans la même pièce il ne gêne en rien. Il m’arrive de le faire tourner la nuit, les enfants n’étendent rien ! Bref pour moi ce robot vaut chaque $ dépensé !
Great cleaning performance but water tank leaks during use
I really love my Eufy E25 Robovac. I have two dogs and a 4-year-old, and this robot keeps my floors noticeably cleaner than ever. I haven’t needed to manually vacuum at all since getting it. It effortlessly picks up pet hair, dirt, and debris, and the vacuuming performance is fantastic. Gets under the kitchen cabinets, stove, and fridge, where my stick vacuum couldn't (without manual effort).The smart mapping and scheduling make it super convenient. I just set it and forget it, and it does the work for me.That said, one issue I’ve noticed is that the dirty water tank seems to leak small drops while it’s cleaning. It leaves dirty spots behind, which is frustrating considering how well it cleans otherwise. I hope this is something Eufy can fix.Even with that flaw, the E25 has made a significant difference in my daily routine, and I remain happy with the overall results.
