This steam cleaner works pretty well, but the steam gets so hot that it melts the plastic bristles on the brush. I'm sure the metal brushes would be fine, but I haven't tried them yet since they're meant for things like cleaning ovens or grills. It's helpful to have your cleaner and cloth ready before you start using it. Holding the steamer with one hand is a bit awkward, but it does a great job on grout, window seams, and faucets in the bathtub and sink. The cord is long and sturdy, so you can easily reach everything. The steam lasts long enough to handle each project, and refilling it is really easy. You do need to let it cool down in between uses, but honestly, your hand will probably need a break anyway.

I've been using this steam cleaner for a few months now. First off, the quality is great and it's super easy to use with zero issues. I use it all the time. The accessories are awesome too, perfect for cleaning tiles, windows, bathtubs, and countertops. It really gets the job done. It comes with a water tank, but I don’t even bother with that. I just pour the cleaner directly in, wait for the steam, and wipe everything clean. This steam cleaner is especially handy for us since we have two dogs, and one of them loves to drool. There’s always dried-up drool all over the floor, but this thing loosens it up and makes it super easy to clean up right away.

I'm living in a 1950s rental that hasn't been well maintained. The bathroom has crumbling and stained grout. This steamer cleaned it as thoroughly as possible with hardly any effort. Someone thought textured kitchen tiles were a good idea, but they hold dirt, and I've never been able to clean them without scrubbing, which I refuse to do. It'll take some time to clean the whole floor, but I managed 20 square feet in 10 minutes, including the grout, using the nozzle and nylon brush. I was amazed at the results. It's still work, but it's way faster and easier than scrubbing. Like others, I love that the steam is adjustable and the nozzle can be locked. I'm definitely happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

This little machine did an amazing job. It cleaned years of soap scum off my bathroom tiles, both on the floor and the walls. Over the years, I've tried all kinds of cleaning products for the bathroom, but nothing worked until I tried this steamer. The pressurized steam, the brush attachment, and a little elbow grease made the tiles look brand new. While the water tank fills up and heats up again, my back and arm muscles get a nice break. I haven't tried the other attachments yet, but I'm sure it will do a great job on windows too.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Lightweight steamer… it’s easy to carry around and does a good job at tackling dirt and stubborn grease. Literally just steam and wipe off with a rag and the stain is gone. It also comes with a variety of attachment pieces and nozzles and includes a cleaning rag and measuring cup to fill with water. It was also carefully packaged and has a year warranty. This steamer is value for money you won’t regret buying it.

I was pleasantly surprised on how well this worked. I used it on the grout of my kitchen floor. It cleaned well using the small brush it came with. Some of the things that I wish were better is the length of the cord, the time it gives you to clean, and the time it takes to cool down to refill (it says 3-5 mins in the instruction book but it's more like 10-15mins). Overall it's a great product to help you with your deep cleaning.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the steamer to clean a ceramic tile shower that I put in 18 years ago. Even though my wife is a very thorough cleaner the grout had mold and debris built up in the grout. The floor is a travertine tile, which is porous. My wife uses a foot cream that was really ground into the part of the tile. And no matter what I used, including Tilex, it just never quite got clean. Until now. This little steamer really did the trick. The instructions for use are a little bit difficult but I figured it out. A few tips:1) included with the kit is a small funnel and flask. The unit takes no more than three of the flasks worth of tapwater. This is critical, anymore and it will overfill.2) make sure to use a bit of effort to snap together the hose and attachments until they click.3) once you plug it in it begins to heat up. There is no on off switch with it. At the base of the unit is a red light and a green light that come on when you first plug it in. When the green light goes out the unit is ready to use.4) there are several attachments included. Do not use the brass wire brush and on tile as it leaves black marks.5) packed in the unit is a card that allows you to register the unit and to receive an additional seven attachments for free. Provide them with your name and mailing address for these extra “gifts”.It is a little tricky to use so it’s not something that I would use on a very regular basis but for stubborn stains it is perfect. It is an extremely versatile cleaner and seems to be well made. A great value for the cost. 18 years of tile now sparkles!
