Was terrible experience. It banged into everything! Couldn't follow a wall. Maybe a bad unit. Eufy has good reputation so proceeded on my search. Then decided on self emptying. It is a game changer! The C10 is a newer model and so incredible. It talks to inform you of cleaning, finishing, emptying/ self cleaning and charging cycles so you know exactly what it is doing. If you need to locate it, it literally plays a musical melody. The rotating brush literally is on an arm that will extend from unit to get corners and spaces while cleaning and under furniture. Most robots have fixed brushes. (The brush fell off the 11S Max!). The C10 rarely bumps into anything. It's initial mapping still seems to be spot on for thorough cleaning. It gets into/under the tightest spaces but it always seems to find it's way back out. It's only got stuck once. You can pick different power cleaning modes and I chose standard. It is plenty and keeps the noise level down. I have plank flooring and area rugs and the 'boost' feature seems to be plenty for robot to climb onto rugs. I've opened the dust bin and filtet to check (curious) and this self cleaning mode works! In the brief attempt to use the 11S Max, I had to manually dump dustbin and clean filter. The Eufy does capture a lot, even the fine dust. I keep a clean house but was amazed at the fine dust this captured. My cat's eyes showed great improvement just within 1 week! She has extreme allergies. So if you're on the fence about the C10 being worth $100 more, it is. The C10 will alert when dustbag needs replacing. I've since learned other self emptying robots make you have to manually check a dustbag?! That leads to unnecessary exposure of dust to remove a bag to check how full. Defeats the whole purpose of self-contained dust collection! For those with allergies I'm sure I don't need to explain how significant this C10 feature is! The C10 is exceptional for the price point. Bolo has the best price. I've never owned a Robot vacuum before. Researched brands and affordable price points. I was hesitant at first to spend another $100 over the S11 Max and other similarly-priced robot vacuums but it was the best decision ever.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for the price, but waiting a month for a replacement

I purchased this unit to replace a Roomba e6. Summary review - it is far superior. Many of the negative comments are true, but are in comparison to a $600+ Roomba. If you want all those features, reliability, intelligence, etc., then pay $600+. This review is in comparison to a Roomba e6. I paid $300 for the e6 years ago, and paid <$250 for this unit, on sale.Compared to Roomba e6 :- Far better coverage. It maps as it goes, so it tries to cover as much as possible without repeating. It can do most of 1300 sq ft house in a pass. The e6 could barely cover one room with it's brain-dead bouncing around. It does not memorize the map for use in the next pass (unlike a top-end model). It will sometimes miss a room, but next pass it might get that room but miss something else. Not ideal, but far superior to price-equivalent bounce-around model.- Doesn't get stuckThe e6 could not make it through a pass without getting stuck several times. I'd have to spend so much time rescuing it or blocking & unblocking areas with pillows, etc., that it took less time to use a vacuum. This thing is fire-and-forget. It has a low profile so it easily fits under furniture the e6 would get stuck under.- PriceHella functionality for < $300.- Easy to cleanHopper and brush are easy to remove, empty, and clean. I recommend gently cleaning the dust filter with a kitchen spray nozzle and allow it to dry. This is not mentioned in the manual, but that filter gets really dirty and needs more than just banging it out. Do it after every use.- Quiet. With the e6 running, we could not watch TV in a separate room, even with the door closed, because it was so noisy and would fruitlessly bang itself against our bedroom door. I don't watch TV (except sports) in the same room as this unit, but it is not disruptive through a closed door. It is running while I am typing this and it is not at all distracting, unlike the e6 that sounds like a jet landing in my house.- Good suctionPicks up way more than the e6. The hopper needs to be emptied after every use. Neither the e6 nor my Dyson pick up that much.- No problem with tile/carpetIt has no problem transitioning from tile to carpet or rug or bath mat. Other people have reported a problem. I think this depends on your particular floor/rug/mat/layout.- OK with cat litterWe have a litter box mat that grabs most of the litter as the cat steps out. It won't pick that up. But it will get other stray bits of litter.- Wifi setup hinkyIt was not as simple as 1-2-3. I'm tech savvy so I figured it out on my own (can't remember how). Others have reported this problem. Call tech support for help. Echo other reviews - they really need to make this process simpler so non-tech savvy person can plug-and-play this thing.- Unknown reliabilityI don't know how reliable it will be, as I've only had it a few weeks and run it about a dozen times. I almost never get extended warranties, they are usually a rip off, but I got one for this because of warnings that it only lasts about a year. It's about $35, so if it dies inside 3 years I'll get another.- App functionalityThere are complaints that you can't do some things with the app like tell it to skip a room or whatever. I don't use any of that, for this or the e6, so I don't know and don't care. I don't want to tell it to do anything, certainly not mid-cleaning. I just want to start it and let it run.- Finds it's way homeThe e6 navigates as well as a drunk sailor. Almost never found it's way home so I'd have to go hunting around to find it, on hands and knees looking under all the furniture, and every nook of the house. Waste of my time. This unit has gotten lost only once.- Wife likes itNuff said. The main reason I got this was so that it could go under furniture, not get stuck, and get better coverage than the e6, for ~$300. It does all that. If you want more, cough up $600. Highly recommend.EDIT 13Oct2022 - The first unit worked well for months before developing a rattling type noise, widely reported by others. Eufy was quick to send a replacement, after I posted the old one. I got it within days. That one had the rattling noise out of the box. I went back and forth with their support/engineers; they were diligently trying to find a cause and cure, and I was impressed. Eventually they told me to return it, and they would send a new one after a posted the old one. I waited the requisite 10 days for the replacement to arrive, it didn't, I contacted support again and they told me woops, it didn't get shipped cuz of a problem at our end, we'll ship it now and send you a tracking number. Wait wait wait, nothing. Email them again, woops it still hasn't shipped, we'll ship it soon. I've now been waiting a month for a replacement.I was so impressed at first with the product and customer service, they easily earned five stars. This fiasco has dropped it to two stars. I told them to express it to me NOW; if it gets here tomorrow I'll raise this up to 4*, but don't count on it.Update : eufy did expedite the unit to me, and all is well now. I hope they fix whatever problem they have in their warehouse, cuz they otherwise have a great product and support.

Horrible customer service but amazing product

When our first vacuum stopped working after one year (generic brand) we were looking for a new one. We purchased one from a competitor brand and we returned that one almost immediately as it just didn’t work correctly. We decided to give this one to try and put out a little bit more money out as this one seemed to have checked all the boxes for what we needed to do.Had a low profile of under 3 inchesCleaned and a zigzag patternHad LiDAR scanning and mapping capabilitiesAlexa compatibleGood suctionFairly quietTypically, we would’ve gone for the small base models as we don’t like the giant docking stations but this one seem to be in the middle having a docking station of about 11 inches wide 8 inches tall and 7 inches depth so that’s not too bad. This vacuum was very easy to set up and once you have the app installed, it walks you through the basic steps from creating your first generic map, which will scan your entire house for a basic map. Then when you run your first clean, it will fine-tune that map and clean the zigzag pattern. You can set up schedules and scenarios, and you can even change the type of suction and power consumption to meet your needs.Out of all three vacuums that I’ve had or tried in the last year this one seems to be the smartest with navigation around obstacles and ledges. So far, I am incredibly impressed and that I am glad I returned the other one and spent the money to get this one.The only downside that I see that, but not enough to affect our rating in my opinion is that you will need to replace the bag inside the base unit every 60 days or so depending on how fast it fills up. From what I can see online a bag from the Eufy brand is $20 a bag or you can buy offbrand for a fraction of that cost.Just hope you don’t need to correspond with their customer service. They will give you answers that are not even relevant to your question multiple times. Clearly, do not read the customer’s concerns before providing a generic system selected answer.Customer support is not supportive. I refuse to deal with them anymore.

I don't do many reviews, but I'm really pleased with this product. I've only had it for a couple of days, so I can't speak to its durability.I previously bought a Roomba Essentials, but it was dead on arrival (wouldn't hold a charge), so I had to return it. Unwilling to roll the dice again on *that* product, I did some reading and decided to buy this Eufy model. It was cheaper than the Roomba and had more features. After a few days, I gotta say this is a sweet little robot. It's very sleek and elegant-looking, it's sound prompts are mellow, and it has a really low profile that fits under most of my stuff (got stuck under a baseboard heater, I'll have to block that area). It's EXTREMELY quiet. I can watch tv with it running with no problem. Its collisions with my feet are feather-light, I have no idea how they do that. Previous robot vacuums I've owned really thumped into you.Lastly, it does a pretty good job mounting low obstacles. I have laminate flooring, and where it transitions to lino there are fairly high plastic strip. Previous vacuums always got stuck there, so I always had to barricade them off. This things tackles them like a champ, and if is having problems, it seems to figure it out and try another angle of attack.Overall, I'm very pleased with it, it seems very well designed.

    Definitely a Good Investment

We purchased this item when it was on sale and it has been worth every penny its arrival. We have three cats in the house and as you can imagine, keeping up with cat hair can be a challenge. Since we started running the Eufy the floors are fur-free and clean.Setup of the Eufy was easy. Remove the protective tape, attach the side brush and set up the app. The first battery charge takes a fair amount of time so those impatient like me to see the "new toy" in action will have to wait for a while. The app provides comprehensive access to the unit, letting you set a schedule for cleaning, power of the unit, command it to come home, command it to start cleaning or to perform a spot clean. You can also manually control the unit if you want to but having tried that I really don't see much of the point behind that feature. The Eufy takes a bit longer on its first run through the house. I suspect it is learning a bit about its environment on this first run. As it learns it is able to clean faster. The sensors are pretty good and the Eufy hasn't even come close to falling down the stairs, even though it cleans right to the edge of the steps. It will bump into things but it adjusts and manages to clean around obstacles. You have to provide routine care for the unit on a regular basis. I empty the dustbin and remove any hair or debris from the roller and side brush every two days. It's not a difficult job and takes only a few minutes.Overall, we are very happy with the Eufy. The floors look great and we don't have to give it too much thought. Some things to consider:- The Eufy is "afraid" of sunlight. Its sensors interpret bright sunlight as a great void so it may send a cry for help if it finds itself in a bright sunbeam.- There is a roller brush and like any vacuum, that roller brush may get caught with stray objects. We have kids who sometimes leave a sock lying around. The unit will issue a cry for assistance if the roller becomes jammed.- Battery life is good. It cleans +/- 1000 sq feet every day without running low on battery. If it does run low it will return home and then resume cleaning once it is fully recharged.- The app runs over the WiFi and communicates over the internet as well. You can control the unit via the app even when you are not home.- Watch out for stray wires. The unit is very slender in height and fits under our entertainment unit where it finds a few wires and occasionally gets stuck. That said, I am amazed by how often it can run over a power cord and work its way back off.I've given the unit a four star review but I would go as high as 4.5. I am sure there are better, smarter robot vacuums out there but this one does what it is advertised to do and does it very well. The gap in the star review would be mostly around the fact that you really do have to pay attention to the thing, especially to keep it out of the sun.

La marca es muy buena y la aspiradora es muy eficiente. Realiza un recorrido inteligente y aspira con bastante fuerza. Me gustó mucho. Sin duda alguna la recomiendo completamente

Empecé a tener problemas antes del año, no encuentro a donde llevarla a su servicio ya que este vendedor no es Anker México

    So far, so good
