The rain coat was not fitted so I was able to put my purse underneath the jacket. I was completely dry and it rained the entire weekend.

This is lightweight and folds into its carry bag quite nicely. I ordered a size larger because I plan on wearing layers under it. I like that it’s an A-Line profile so it doesn’t bunch when I sit down. My cruise buddy is getting one too for or trip to Alaska. I also ordered the pink one and it’s a beautiful color.

Material is lightweight without being clingy or stiff. The fit on the bottom is perfect and also has some adjustability at the waist. (5'3", size 16/18). Material seems waterproof based on my quick walk through the rain. My only complaint is that the hood is so big that it either falls off my head if not tightened or covers my whole face if pulled tight. I ended up having to hold it in place, so that was annoying.

This coat’s functional design is awful. It looks cute in photos because the models have their arms down. The arms are attached at a very low angle so if you put on the coat and raise your arms, the waist leaps up to your throat. I don’t have time to replace it before my trip, but it’s a terrible purchase. So uncomfortable to actually wear.
