Great light! Looks like natural sunlight. Installed upstairs where there isn’t a lot of natural light. Easy to control with the app. Easy to install.Would definitely recommend.

I love this so much! Installed was easier than I thought. Still working out the app required to get the full options, but even without that this light is phenomenal.

I have a dungeon of entryway. The rest of the house is open and bright so i decided to give this a shot. I got the 2x1. I have no clue how to use it yet. Or if it will wake up and go on the bell curve. But it looks fantastic and makes the space much more appealing when you come in the front door. I told all the old ladies that it's real and it took me 3 full days to do through the roof and they all believe me and love. It's pretty hilarious. Connecting to bluetooth and it waking and sleeping is the key as to whether I am putting these everywhere or not. I do like it tho.edit: figured out the bluetooth stuff. It's wildly confusing. The light you can pair via blue tooth to control it just how the remote control does. If you want it to go by the bell curve and transfer from on to off with the light rays in between you cant. I emailed them and they told me I needed a gateway. Some call it a mesh network. Basically it's light automation.They sent me this tiny gateway (got it in 3 days, thanks) You can find some youtube videos about it, it's called GW018 just google that. You must plug this little box in within striking distance of the skylight to do full automation. It connected right up for me and showed up in the smart life app. This whole thing was very confusing. I just want it to set and forget and it turn off and on at night. If the brightness and temp values change during the day that would be incredible. It's synced now. So I will check in later. And honestly, I would probably buy it as just a remote controlled skylight if that was what it ended up being. The automation, hands and thought free would make this an A+++.

We had a dark entryway, added a 2’ x1’ light. Looks much brighter now. Very easy installation. Clips on the sides just hold it up to the sheetrock. Comes with a remote. But the app is very easy to use. Highly recommended.

This is a fantastic way to add realistic light to any space. I am putting mine in my box truck that I converted into an RV.I was initially having difficulty connecting my phone to the light, but then figured out how to do it so I thought I would post it on here in case anyone else is having trouble. The first step is to download the smart life app. It will ask you a bunch of questions which you have to answer first then you will get to the screen that allows you to add a device to the app. If you’re lucky, the new skylight lamp will show up on your list of things to add and you can add it, but in my case, my light was not in pairing mode so I could not connect to it with my phone. The light should be slowly blinking on and off if it is in pairing mode. If your light is solid, like mine was the first step is to Click on + button found in the upper right hand cornerThen go down below where it says add manually and Click on “lighting” found on the left-hand side of the screen.Scroll down andClick on panel light (ble)Look to the bottom of the screen where it says reset device step-by-step in blue and click on reset device step-by-stepPower on device then after 10 seconds power off device. Then turn on for five seconds off for three seconds on for five seconds off for three seconds on for five seconds off for three seconds and keep repeating up to 10 times and then the light should start slowly blinking.Then the device should show up on your phone and be ready to start pairing.If you don’t want to use your phone, the light came with a remote control which worked immediately. I like it so much that I plan on getting a second one to put in my RV.

This is a pretty remarkable invention! I didn’t know such a thing existed. It isn’t the easiest to install, but once you figure it out – despite the somewhat lacking instructions – it’s a really cool thing to have. The look of it is so realistic that you could really be fooled into thinking you’re looking through something to the outside. They really thought of a lot of detail, from mimicking the time of day, to the slight variations in light from outside just over a normal period of time. Very impressive.

We couldn't get a skylight installed in our cabin.Because of the way the logs were constructed. This was an excellent compromise and we're really glad it turned out the way it did. We don't have to worry about future leaks from a skylight, and it is amazing how the light looks so natural. We get positive comments on it all the time.

Amazing lifelike artificial skylight!
The media could not be loaded. We just installed the 12x12 inch smart blue skylight from Stecutts from seller VentoShop in a basement bedroom with no windows, and let me tell you , what a difference it makes. We are very pleased with the product. Installation was a bit tricky because we have a low hanging ceiling but we managed. Also the seller VentoShop was excellent, very helpful for tracking package. Thank you again, Leo for the great after sale customer service at Stecutts and thank you VentoShop for fast shipping and after sale customer service as well.#skylights #SkylightInstallation
Amazing Skylight
This skylight is honestly one of the best things I’ve ever installed. I had a picture in my head of what it might look like, but it’s gone way beyond what I imagined. I can’t recommend it enough—it’s absolutely incredible. The difference it’s made in my hallway, my room, and especially the living room is unreal. It’s completely transformed the space.
