Actual vacuumed time is 10 minutes so it never gets it clean I am very disappointed in the product

We have tried numerous pool robots over the years. This one is by far the best one! All I can say are good things about this brand! It last for almost 2 hours on a full charge and it cleans my 24 ft round pool spotless! I am very happy with this purchase and may even purchase a second one to use while my first one is charging. It does not leave any dirt or leaves in the pool as others have. I usually charge overnight so I don’t know how long it takes for a full charge, But by morning it’s ready to go. This machine is also not heavy when lifting out of the pool after a cleaning cycle as others have been too heavy for me to lift. If you’re hesitant and are like me and have read reviews for almost all of the pool robots, look no further, get this one!

I love the convenience of dropping it in and not having to worry about it. It is super easy to clean, and I love that too. I wish the suction power in it was a little stronger, but overall, it works for the small things.

The media could not be loaded. Vacuum was fully charged and started fine, but it stops in the middle of the pool after a few minutes and just stays there. I followed the instructions and tried to relaunch it, but nothing worked. Very disappointedI had to return it.

Received the product it seemed great but we’ve tried everything and can’t get it to move! I don’t know that it’s an error or issue with just this one or if this is common.

Love love love my Winny. First thing in the morning when the water is settled. Game changer!Winny every couple days. Dichlor every 2-3 days, and algaecide once a week, and that's it! (Along with testing the pool water).When I first opened my pool, I had some yellow mustard. Got it cleared up pretty quickly. Never hooked up the vacuum. This pool is 25 years old, and the bottom is pitted a little bit in the center. There is something settled in the pits that Winny cannot pick up. Easily comes off though with long-handled brush that I can reach from my deck, I have not been in it yet, either busy or raining.Easy peasy.

16x24 above ground pool w/center drain. This POS just didn’t work the way the described. Kept stopping and reversing direction every few feet. Would not recommend buying this.

Purchased last summer had it use it for two months, packed it away, clean it and this year nothing dead it won’t charge you won’t do anything and the company is not backing back in the product up. You have to have a purchase number and the date of purchase and I can’t find a ID purchase number so they will not replace it or do anything for me. I gave him zero stars.
