In both circumstances, I loved these long sleeves, they were stretchy, breathable, comfortable, and good quality. Not sure if there is sunblock in these, but either way, it protected my arms perfectly from the sun and kept me VERY cool in the Canyon heat.

Colors are vibrant! Fits great, can be worn under or over your top. OMG keeps you incredibly cool, to the point where you are almost cold if you sweat a lot. I'll probably order other colors in the future. It covers your hands and I don't need to wear gloves for my sweaty hands anymore ๐
