They are advertised asbeing a food with fewer calories that K-Pop stars eat to keep thin but they achieve this by making the portion smaller than a usual cup o soup.The noodles are very thin cellophane noodles and have no flavor of their own. The vegetables are shaved very thin and got stuck in my teeth.If you just need something quick to keep from being hungry and don't mind hot spicy food you can wolf down just to have something in your stomach, this is fine, but I can't recommend it for a meal and I won't finish the other 5 packages. I still gave it 5 stars because it is what it advertises, just not my thing.

I love the flavor and texture of these noodles. This is my first time trying them because they taste delicious and I love the spice! Wish they were a little cheaper.

The flavor is alright - it delivers spicy kimchi flavor, but I'm not getting much beef. While the switch to cellophane-style noodles may save some calories, I think most of the calorie savings comes from the small serving size - each cup makes only about 1 cup of soup, and even that is mostly broth. At more than $3/cup, I would much rather go for competing varieties that offer deeper and more complex flavors in addition to a more satisfying serving size, regardless of calories.

I like the spicy beef flavor. Definitely delivers on the spicy. Won't leave you fanning your mouth for relief but it hits hard each bite, yum. I discard about half of the packet because it's pretty high sodium content, and the taste is still plenty strong. The potato taste also comes through in a pretty notable way (I like it personally).A couple of important things to note:-Not a microwaveable noodle cup. You will need to boil and add water separately.-The noodles are vermicelli "glass noodle" style. They do plump up a bit, but the cup is mostly empty space, although overall the calorie content is similar to a lot of ramen cups where the dry noodles fill the cup.Overall, I enjoy the taste, but for what you get I think the price is a bit high. I add other things to make it a more substantial soup and feel like $2 per cup would be pushing it for good value here.

It's quite impressive how they were able to make instant ramen so low in calories. They were able to do so by using glass noodles made out of mung beans and potatoes! These cups of ramen don't really come with much noodles in them, but it does help satisfy the craving for a piping hot, savory, and spicy cup of ramen. This spicy beef mung bean and potato cup noodle is super easy to make as all you have to do is empty in the seasoning packet and dried vegetable mix, add boiling water, and wait 3 minutes, then viola ~ it's done!While these cups don't come with much noodles, I am surprised by how much sodium each cup has, considering how small the cups are. The spicy beef broth is alright; I've had better beef broths before. I wish the broth had a beefier flavor, as only the spiciness and savoriness really stood out to me. Nevertheless, it's still a decent cup of instant noodles at a fraction of the amount of calories! So if you're on a diet and craving some warm, savory, and spicy cup of instant noodles, this will probably be one of the more calorie-friendly options! I do wish it came with more noodles but then that would probably add more calories! LOL

I wish these cups just had a little more oomph. The amount of noodles once it's all said and done is not a filling amount. The flavor is there, and it's spicy for me (but I'm a bit of wimp when it comes to spice), but for what comes with the cup itself -- it isn't a lot. I don't know that they'd be worth it. There are other ramen brands that are more affordable and give you that oomph.

This has a nice bold flavor with a bit more spice than I usually go for—but I actually enjoyed the heat! Super easy to make, which is great for a quick lunch or late-night snack. My only gripe is the portion size, I was hoping for a little more food. Good in a pinch, but not something I’d rely on to satisfy real hunger.
