It makes the joy con so much more comfortable and easily slides in and out of the dock. As someone who is taking this on the subway everyday, having that comfortable grip is very essential.The only con is it’s not easy to take off the joy cons. My wife and I simply bought extra joy cons that we just keep detached all the time in case we want to use joy cons. And then if there’s a party or something we can get the joy cons out of the case with little effort…. It just adds an extra step is all.

Solid case for the price - it is thin, and won’t really protect from dropping, but it’s a good grip.The only downside is that you have to remove it to take off the joycons, which isn’t a big deal if you don’t use the adhesive, but it makes me think it won’t last long before breaking because of the constant on and off.But it looks clean, can be docked with the case on, and it will totally work until Dbrand fixes their issues. Recommend for the pricing.

Honestly not understanding the poor reviews on this item. It feels nice in your hands, grips are grippy and I like that it is flexible. Now of course I don’t know how good the fit is yet, but if it ends up fitting well then this grip is definitely a winner for the price.

I bought one because I was just curious about what the switch 2 size would be like and because I've liked Spigen's phone cases. The Switch 2 case felt fine. It is one solid piece of flexible plastic/rubber. It does not come apart at the Joycons. It is slim and I would expect that is does dock with the switch 2 but I don't know, I don't actually have a switch 2. The rear grips were something I really liked from the Skull&Co case I have for the OG Switch, but I was very disappointed by the spigen. The grips on the back are actually very small, and they are hollow so I don't think they'll feel very supportive, but that could be wrong.Over all though, the finish on the rubber was only okay. There were extra piece of rubber on the edges from what looks like over flow from the injection molding or something. The edges were also a little rough. It is a fine case, but I am deciding to return this. I would rather get the Skull&Co, the satisfy, or maybe the Genki option for the Switch 2.

Let me tell you I had to double check this was from spigen. Flimsy plastic. Does not give you the ability to remove Joycons, cutouts don’t fully align. The cutouts on the case for the little rubber nubs on the button of the console did not align well and case would push them to the side. To the point where if it was on for a long period. It might rip them off. I removed the case and it’s just sitting there in my desk now. Waste of money.

It is ok, but you need to constantly take off the case to detach the Joy-cons. Other cases have a foldable method where the Joy-cons are located and make it easier without having to remove the case completely. However, this is still a good case, just keep in mind that it is a pain to constantly remove it to detach the Joy-cons.

I will be returning this because it's definitely not up to Spigen's normal standard. My guess is they rushed this out cause of the Direct but as someone who is a fan of their phone cases this thing is kind of a hulking beast with very little thought for the joy-cons. It's like they took a switch 1 oled case and just enlarged it but what's even worse is that there just seems to be sharp molding edges and it doesn't look quite well finished as what I come to expect from the brand.

Fits perfectly, even without the adhesive part in use. Grip is much nicer than holding the console. Dock fit is tight, but works no problem - just requires you to be a little more careful when docking.

De muy alta calidad (como todos los productos de este fabricante), muy buen agarre con un tacto súper agradable además de mejorado con respecto a usar la consola sin funda ya que es rugosa (evitando deslizamientos) y además tiene los resaltes de los lados para mayor ergonomía. Por último añadir que es sorprendentemente fina y que no hay necesidad de quitarla para meter la consola en el dock.Totalmente recomendada!!!
