My summers are hot, buggy and humid. The extra light model is light enough to run in summer. No bug spray required. Just roll down the sleeves and roll up the hoodie when bugs start to attack.

Loved this shirt. It's so soft and light. Bought it as a fishing shirt for my son. But his wife loved it so much she wears it more than he does! Beautiful color.

So soft and comfortable. I like to lounge around in it on a lazt weekend day. But I do have to stop short of calling it a great summer top for sun protection. It doesn't wick or breath nearly as well as my AFTCO's, Costa's or even the Columbia's. Once it gets into 90 degree temps it's too hot for me unless there's water nearby that I can jump into.

This is the perfect light-weight shirt for any occasion. It has become my husband's go-to shirt for outings. It keeps him very comfortable without making him hot. The hood is not heavy or "choking" when not in use, and perfect for keeping the sun off my husband's balding head when it is. (lol) I plan to buy him other colors / styles.

They’re lightweight, soft, super comfortable and the added protection is key when you’re spending hours on the water in the sun!
