They last a couple of years and then they crack. They also slip around a lot and you are constantly repositioning them. I decided to try these new mats and they are much better for the following reasons:1. They come out of the box flat and you can lay them down in less than one minute and they lay flat. The old clear plastic mats are a pain to get flat. The plastic ones arrive rolled up and you have to lay them out in the sun for a week or more with weights on the mats to get them flat. That is a real pain and takes a lot of work.2. I have the new mat on a carpet and it does not slide around. It is larger than the clear plastic mats and the chair doesn't roll back off the mat.3. The mat has a flat dark gray fabric carpet like surface that is quite attractive and seems to be durable. People have told me this mat is much more attractive than those ugly old plastic mats.4. I'm elderly and this mat sits more flush with the carpet and there is less danger of tripping on the edge of the mat. I will never go back to those old ugly plastic floor mats.5. In every way this is a vast improvement over the old clear plastic floor mats. In the world of chair floor mats this is a game changer.

This office floor mat is absolutely unacceptable. I bought it for my office, and by the end of the week, it was shedding excessively. To make matters worse, when I tried to return it, Bolo informed me that I needed the original box. Stupidly, I discarded the box, not expecting such a poorly made product. Now I don’t have the box, and the mat is too bulky to fit into anything else. Bolo has offered no assistance in resolving this issue. I strongly urge you to avoid purchasing this floor mat; it’s not worth the disappointment and hassle.

The size is except-able, looks okay, fair value for the money, okay roll ability, good floor protection, overall functionality is good. The one thing I would suggest is the mesh that comes with it needs to be attached to prevent it from unaligning with mat when laying in position.

This is a piece of cardboard with fabric sprayed on it. Definitely not worth the $55. SUPER DISAPPOINTED.

I recently picked up an office chair mat made of dense fiberboard, and while it has a nice, sturdy feel to it, I have mixed feelings. It's definitely on the expensive side. If you're on a budget, there are other mats out there that do the job for much less. The mat feels solid underfoot, and the non-slip material included is a nice touch—it keeps everything in place without sliding around.Cleaning it is a bit of a hassle, especially if you have pets like I do. Pet hair and dust seem to cling to it, and wiping it down isn’t as easy as with a plastic mat. I’ve got other items around the house made of this same dense fiberboard material, and the cleaning issue is consistent across the board.If you're willing to splurge for the premium feel and non-slip feature, it's a solid option. But, for most people, the price tag is a bit of a turn-off when there are plenty of more affordable mats that work just the same or better.
