Well....first night in and I noticed it working. I had been getting restless nights and just could not stay asleep and get comfortable.I took this and I woke up an hour earlier than my alarm. I didn't wake up feeling tired or like I didn't get enough sleep. That's nice and I'll be looking forward to another restful night of sleep tonight.The instructions indicate to take 2ml per day (two droppers) and store in a cool dark place. It doesn't recommend any particular time of day. The flavor was not terrible, but not great enough to not put it in some water. Some liquid supplements are good enough to take straight from the dropper. I don't recommend it, but if you can handle it, go for it. I really appreciate all of the B vitamins included. Usually there may be two types of B vitamins, but this one has B6, B6, and B12. Vitamin D is very important and it's something that in supplement form we probably can't overdo because it usually goes through and we don't get as much of it as we need if taken in pill form, but liquid helps us absorb more because it doesn't have to break down the outer casing to get to the actual vitamin.I appreciate that this is a U.S. company because there will be strict manufacturing standards applied in producing this item. The box was sealed, and the bottle was sealed. The box does not say "Made in the U.S.A." This is a little sus, but if they maintain an office in the U.S. then there's an accountability if something goes sideways with a product.I very much look forward to continuing taking this.

Ordered this a couple of weeks ago and have been taking it mornings and evenings on a regular basis. I am in my 50's and I thought this might be good for menopausal support. 2 ml per each dose. It has a pleasant fruity flavor that reminds me a bit of citrus fruit and it can be easily squeezed into a glass of water. No adverse side effects and I also have to say that I feel less tired during the day now. I am glad I got this! And, this is a very easy way to supplement. Highly recommend!!

I really like the flavor of this - it has a sour sweet taste that I do enjoy. The dropper is fantastic because you can actually measure your dose since the measurements are on the actual dropper. I take other supplements in liquid form and this one is my favorite taste so far and it's actually pretty thick which was unexpected. It blends in well with water too if you don't want it so thick. But overall I really like this one.

The endocrine system (our glands) is the conductor of our body chemistry orchestra. Without them, our bodily functions would be chaos. So it is imperative that our endocrine system is in proper balance. Ali kinds of things can get our endocrine systems out of balance. Problems which can arise from endocrine imbalance are fatigue, depression, mood swings, digestive issues, infertility, sleeplessness and much more.These imbalances can be caused by poor nutrition, stress, and chemical sensitivities among other things.I'm just a bit surprised that it does not include turmeric, as it is one of the best known supplements to deal wth cortisol levels. But it appears to be a good formula to put things right.This supplement is certified premium quality, vegan and made in the USA.

Bolo ladies, I'm always on the hunt to find good energy support for the overall health of me as a woman. I must say these liquid drops smell absolutely amazing. Seriously, you can smell it without opening the box. The flavors are strawberry, and my, oh my, it smells like it. This product is the following: vegan, soy-free, allergen-free, alcohol-free, GMP-certified, and sugar-free.This product helps with cortisol levels, hormone balance, gut health, energy enhancement, and sleep support. And Bolo ladies, if that wasn't enough, the affordable price and 30% coupon that can be applied at checkout is definitely a win. These drops can be added to water and juice and directly into the mouth. Seriously, how cool is that? I find it to be very convenient whenever you're on the go. This product came properly sealed and with very detailed directions. Now the directions on the packaging and bottle are in small font, so you may need to grab your glasses. I *really* appreciate that the dropper included with this had printed measurements. In fact, the fifth star in this rating is because of this factor. Being able to measure a serving size is so important!This is a thick syrup-y solution with great flavor. I genuinely can't believe that the recipe can fit in all of the blends and extracts that are listed ingredients but maybe the thickness of the liquid is a symptom of all that stuff all in one soluble product. Pretty tough to comment on having one feeling or another from this mix but I like these ingredients from blends that I've had previously and I always feel better with a multivitamin which this essentially is; it even has some Iron & vit. D.I have ovarian cysts and I appreciate anything that balances my system. No ill effects from me or my partner using this. It uses Fructooligosaccharides instead of sugar too
