This item was recommended in reviews as smelling better than other Cascade dishwasher detergents. It does. It also cleans dishes really well. I recommend it if you can afford the 24% price increase this year due to shrinkflation. The packaging (same size!) went from 62 pods to 47 pods (see picture). The price remained the same.So if you "do it every night" like the commercials recommend, it gonna be expensive!

These are my favorite dishwasher pods. They clean stuck on food and works really! The podsd do not leave that after taste/smell on the cups, plates, etc like the regular cascade does. Highly recommend for people looking for something slightly more natural to clean their dishes with!

I may have reviewed these before, because this is my 3rd purchase. They work exceptionally well in my dishwasher, and in spite of being “lemon” scented, they do not smell strong. It is a little annoying that the container of 42 pods is the same size as the container of 62 pods that I purchased before, but I’m not sure if this reflects a price difference.

Customers should know that the package this product comes in is only filled halfway with product. I understand that this is not as misleading when buying online since you can't tell the size of the container. However, It annoys me that the manufacturer of this product is creating more plastic pollution and consuming more fossil fuel to manufacture and ship this product than is necessary. This is otherwise a great product. Gets my dishes clean.

I used to use Finish unscented pods but they are no longer available. The Cascade pods are just as good as Finish and has a very very faint scent but it does not "cling" to wood and other porous things. No streaking and its easy to just pop it into the receptacle.

We've tried just about every dish washing detergent out there, and these Cascade Free & Clear Dishwasher Pods are the best. You get what you pay for as these are not cheap, but they save time as everything comes out clean and spotless. The pods take some getting use to, but are actually more convenient than uncorking a bottle every time you want to start the machine up. Clear glasses really sparkle and there's no residue, So get happy and use these for one less thing to worry about.

I have been using these pods for my dishwasher for years. They are unscented and undyed so they don’t make your kitchen stink and your dishes don’t flavor your food like public restroom hand soap. They make my glass shiny and don’t leave residue behind which can clog the dishwasher pores over time.
