Pretty cool reel. Do not get this if you’re trying to use it more than a couple times. I used it about 3 times and on the 4th the hose ruptured. Just wish i could get my money back

The 65ft hose is more than enough for me to move around the driveway, deck, and even reach the far end of my backyard without having to constantly reposition the pressure washer.The auto-rewind feature is smooth and works flawlessly every time. No more wrestling with tangled or kinked hoses. Just a light tug and it retracts neatly, which saves me a ton of time and frustration after each use.Installation was straightforward, and I love that it can be mounted on either the wall or the floor depending on your setup. Would not recommend to any mobile detailers especially those that do multiple cars a day. I don't even wanna leave 1 star, the hose line exploded and started leaking havnt even had for 2 months yet. I have a warranty on it but have yet to hear any words back from Giraffe tools on sending me a new one. It's not easy to assembly in a trailer. Please don't waste your money, I always hear there the best but I learned they aren't. Not worth the money

The hose reel works great. Perfect for a home pressure washing station. My item was missing the quick connects but I just ordered more from Bolo. When the company saw the less than 5 Star review they refunded me the cost of the hose reel. I told them there was no need for a refund because the item worked great. They still refunded me. Their customer service is over the top. GREAT COMPANY!!
