Update: I added 2 more pictures and some feedback from operating the bike. You can see that the bike build quality is excellent. Instructions and the linked video were very helpful in assembling the bike, which was simple anyway. All of the accessories aligned perfectly and work fine (fenders, derailleur, handle bars, brakes, cables, luggage shelf, etc). EV motor is powerful. My wife and I have been trying out both the PAS pedal assist, AND the direct throttle twist grip. The paint job is almost perfect. The tiny chipped paint spots near the chain were from shipping which I described below. I will easily fix with touchup paint. Customer service contacted me within a day to resolve the issue of the paint to my satisfaction. I’m happy with the bike as it is. I can recommend this companyBike was very well packed. Lots of padding and plastic covers to protect the paint. However, from the photo, you can see that the one spot that didn’t have any plastic covering was the right wheel arm. When I unpacked the bike, the chain had come off the sprockets. The chain chipped the nice paint job in the spots shown. Perhaps add a zip tie to the chain or add another cover over this arm? Also, does Cybervelo have any touch up paint? If not, I’ll go to Autozone or Orielly’s and find something close. The bike is very well made. It was a piece of cake to assemble. The tools are a nice feature. Paint job is very nice (except for the dinged paint from the chain). I’m not taking off any stars because we like the bike so much. Runs great.

The bike is great! Good range, comfortable to ride (after I put on a Blue Wind seat). The shocks on ithe front and seat really smooth out the ride.I do 28 mph on level ground on PAS 5. I’ve gone about 16 miles on the full electric setting and still have about 1/4 of the battery charge left.I purchased the blue bike and it’s a real head turner. I love the color! It handles quite well and functions perfectly. The LED indicator of speed and other functions of the bike is bright and easy to read. Overall, the bike is very well-made.It’s easy to assemble and instructions were clear. I learned that you shouldn’t charge the battery immediately after riding- seems to be related to potential explosion from a hot battery.I did have an issue with the battery detaching from the top of the frame while riding. Not enough that it flopped off but it did have a 1/4” gap at the top of the battery and frame. I wrapped an elastic Velcro strap around the top of the battery to hold it in place.I contacted the seller and they quickly responded by sending me the piece that fits on the top of the battery that receives the latch on the frame. I had conveyed that it appeared to be a latch problem, not a battery problem as I had ordered a second battery from them (okay - I have range anxiety) and both wouldn’t stay in place.The batteries still don’t attach correctly to the bike frame. I have received multiple emails and phone calls from the company in an attempt to help me correct the problem. The last was a video showing snapping off apart inside the battery to make it fit better. Although I really appreciate the amazing follow up. I am hesitant about messing with the battery.I’m just going to stick with my Velcro strap fix. The only other option I have is to disassemble the bike and ship it back to the seller. Not happening!

AWESOME PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t always take time to write product reviews, but I feel I have to for this purchase. I ordered 2 bikes with the hopes that they were exactly what I was expecting. They were delivered days before the expected delivery date. First star. The “put together” was fairly easy. Of course the 2nd one was a bit easier with the practice of the first one. Not bad at all. 2nd star. We love the bikes. I am very impressed over the quality for the price we paid. We looked at bikes before we purchased these. Some very expensive. Super happy we purchased these. Cool looking and comfortable seats. 3rd star. The holder for my digital display was broke when I got it. Emailed the company and received response within 24 hours. 4th star. I provided pictures and was given a tracking number for the item within 24 hours. 5th star!!!!!!

Easy to put together and solidly built. Features are as advertised and simple to use as you are riding. Bicycle operates smoothly in manual mode and switches effortlessly to electric. Nice smooth ride.

Pleasantly surprised with everything about this bike. I had a very old electric bike and did a lot of reading before buying a new one. This bike exceeded my expectations. It is fast with quite a bit of quick-response power. It is easy to operate, steer and change the peddle assist level. The battery on my previous bike was much heavier so I can’t judge the weight except to tell you it is a much lighter bike than my previous one. I bought the bike for pleasure use and not to commute although you could definitely use it for commuting. This bike is fun and a great value. Most reviews say you need to spend over $1000 for a good e-bike. I haven’t found that to be true here. Also, the company’s customer service is excellent. My husband and I were putting the bike together and had difficulty with the front tire. We were actually making it more difficult than it was. But I had sent an email to customer service before we figured it out, and they responded the same evening…that rarely happens anymore. Anyway, this bike is the first bike we’ve put together so I was hesitant about ordering it in the first place. After riding it for over a week now, I am so glad I did.
