In the picture, it's the one on the right in comparison to the standard size pill on the left. Thank you for making a pill I can swallow! The cherry on the top is that this smaller size doesn't compromise potency. It packs a ton of omegas , plus some essential vitamins. The packaging is high quality and the label is clear and easy to read. I haven't had that overwhelming fish taste after taking these either. I think I'll be switching my subscription to Dr. Foster now. These are great!

Omega 3 supplements are said to have many benefits, and I take fish oil daily. That said, it is difficult to evaluate the efficacy of supplements and fairly compare them amongst each other. At some point one has to trust what is written on the label, and go with the "won't hurt, might help" assumption.The Dr Foster bottle is well sealed and tamper-proofed. Expiration date about 1.5 years in the future, normal for fish oil supplements. There is no indication where/what the Omega 3 is sourced from, so again, one has to trust the manufacturer here. The label states "third party lab tested", and while this sounds good, I am not able to find published results anywhere on their website.The dosing recommendation is two capsules, which makes the 120 softgel bottle a two month supply.The label states 960mg DHA and 560mg EPA for a roughly 2:1 ratio, which is said to improve brain function, while the reverse ratio is more directed towards reducing inflammation.Besides fish oil and the usual ingredients that go into the gelatin caps, a serving also contains 25mcg (1000UI) of Vitamin D3, some Vitamin E, and a small amount of ALA. So if you take Vitamin D you would want to take this into consideration and reduce your usual dose accordingly.Use your own judgement when it comes to supplements from brands that are not well known. I would like to see a link to a certification by an independent lab or some third party testing.

Some omega can be very fishy or oily and i found these were neither. They are easy to swallow and had no fishy aftertaste. I like that this includes extra benefits like vitamins D and E. with only 2 per day, this is a 2 month supply so a decent value

Just right here is a solid omega-3 fish oil blend. Fish oil is kind of like that one supplement that if you were only going to take one, this be it. What I like about this version right here too is that they combine some vitamin D3 and e in there as well. Which are always some of my favorite vitamins to have on hand. So a perfect combination. The capsules are easy to take, look to be of solid quality with no junk ingredients. Giving about a 1 to 3 months of servings. Depending on how much you want to take. I don't get any aftertaste from taking these. Just make sure you drink enough water with them. But overall a solid omega-3 fish oil. Can't complain.

These fish oil tablets came fresh and well packaged. The looks of the tablets, smell, and lack of fishy burps seems the same as the name brand ones I purchased locally. I have been taking fish oil for years to help build good cholesterol and these seem as good as any I have tried. Keep in mind that these are 1000mg capsules so you have to take two to get the advertised 2000mg so take that into account when comparing cost.

There is no mention of carbs or sugars on the label. I pay a lot of attention to my carb intake, including the carbs that are in supplements. I don't know whether the lack of mention means that there are none or what???However, the fish oil components that are listed appear to be similar to what other products are listing so I'm going to take them and hope that the carbs are not too high...until I find out otherwise.

I mainly got this to add to my gym supplement routine. Not getting any younger. Not sure if it's this actually working or just a placebo effect, but I do feel better in the mornings. Less stiffness and soreness. So that's pretty awesome either way.
