Its nothing fancy, but I like it. All I need it to do is be programmable for weekdays, and it is. It makes a hotter pot of coffee than my last, more expensive one, and it doesn't drip onto the burner when I take it out- even if its still brewing. It even has water lines on the pot for amount water vs actual amount of coffee that will be brewed which is nice. The color is a little more country blue, less teal/ slate blue than I was hoping, but its still cute. I also like that it is overall smaller than my last one. It has a mesh, washable coffee filter or can be used with paper filters. I would prefer not to have hot coffee pouring through plastic, but all my coffee makers have been that way. The only critique is that the top seems to be bowing a little or maybe it was always like that, but it doesn't sit perfectly flat, making it look a little cheap. Again, for the price it does everything it should do and looks super cute.

Works for me! Very good, love the color and non shiny, plastic material. Finding an automatic drip coffee maker should not be hard but, lo and behold, in this day and age it is.Tried a low end auto drip from a big box store, but that coffeemaker would only make very weak coffee, no matter how much coffee I used. Also, that brown water tasted heavily of plastic, and I could only buy a black unit made of static cling plastic which grabbed cat hair. Black did not match my kitchen.There are complicated, high priced auto drip coffee makers on the market which have just as poor reviews as the $12.87, bottom-of-the-rung model. Bah, humbug!This coffeemaker, however, passes in every department, thank God.Good job, Bella!! (also my cat's name)

It's a really pretty purple pot, perfectly fitting in its predecessor's place. It is sleek though it is a bit louder than we expected. However, programming is a cinch to have it ready before we're in the kitchen. It also has a handy timer to remind us how Long the coffee was brewed.

This coffee pot is working great! I love the purple. I also love that you can program it, and it just starts on its own. It’s so nice to wake up to brew a coffee waiting for you. The coffee is also nice and hot.

I am really enjoying this coffee pot. Easy to use. Doesn't take up much counter space. 2 hour shut off. Takes a little longer to brew than some coffee pots, but that is OK. It makes good coffee.

I purchased this to replace an older Bella coffee maker that I had for years. We loved it and it was a workhorse in our house and looked nice to boot. When it finally died, I wanted to stick to the brand since we had such a good experience with it and bought this one. This one worked well for almost exactly 2 months. One day, I brewed a pot of coffee and heard a crack to see that the carafe had cracked on the side near the handle. Still not sure what caused it, and was disappointed that it happened after such a short time, but it was clearly not supposed to do this and I thought for sure the company would help with a replacement part. They did not. Trying to get a replacement part or machine was the most aggravating experience I have ever had with customer service. They were impersonal form e-mails that didn't care at all about the issue. At the end, they were unwilling to replace or exchange the machine. The only remedy was to physically mail a check for below replacement cost. Horrendous. I will never purchase this brand again and advise anyone else to steer clear and choose another brand that will actually provide service in the unfortunate event something goes wrong. Waste of money!

STANDARD: Auto shut-off at 2 hours. The clock is easy to set. I haven't used the programmer.PLUS(?): When the coffee finishes brewing, a count-up starts (to show how long the coffee has been kept warm). This displaces the clock for 2 hours and can cause confusion when you're used to looking at the clock.(a) Good feature if it were a separate read-out.(b) I would prefer a count-down, rather than a count-up, but that's just picky.MINUS: Probably the least convenient coffee maker I've ever used.(1) The hot water drip is anchored to the lid, which splits access to the reservoir into two small areas - very awkward trying to pour the water in.(2) Not sure what is the point of the tube from the lid to almost the bottom of the carafe - harder to rinse and clean.(3) The spout looks to be well designed, but is more dribbly than I expected.(4) The coffee is weaker and more oily than I'm used to.UPDATE: I'm getting a lot of grounds in my coffee lately. Usually, this means that the water isn't as hot as it should be.
